The Association of Civil Engineering Students (ACES) is a duly recognized organization of the
Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. It prides itself on being one of the most active organizations in the
College of Engineering and Technology, with approximately 900 enrolled Bachelor of Science in Civil
Engineering students. As an organization whose sole purpose is the welfare of the students, we aim to
provide services that promote their physical, mental, and social wellbeing.

Our organization will be conducting the annual Civil Engineering Department General Assembly entitled
Project The Generals’ ACEmbly: Equipping Weapons of AllianCE, this December 12, 2022, 12:00PM
to 6:00PM in PLM Tanghalang Bayan. The PLM - Association of Civil Engineering Students would like
to extend the camaraderie of the whole CE community to aid civil engineering students in connecting to
their fellow PLM-ACES community. In line with this, the event is purposely organized to convene plans
and agendas of the student body for the student community which serves as the organization's main
mechanism in having a harmonious communication with one another.

In line with this, we are honored to formally invite (Business/Company Name) to be our partner in the
event The Generals’ ACEmbly: Equipping Weapons of AllianCE. This initiative to give, this activity
will also be beneficial to your company as it the publicity materials for this event will be posted on our page
with over 2,500 followers which will help your company gain more exposure. We firmly believe that with
the help of your company and this partnership, our organization can make this event successful.

PLM-ACES will be providing you with tables and tent, we will give you your assigned areas once we get
a hold of the approved documents. You will be limited to 2 to 3 persons per food stall.

of this sponsorship at your most convenient schedule from December 5, 2022 to December 12, 2022. If
you have decided to be one of our sponsors, kindly submit the following to the email provided below, on
or before the said date:

1. For monetary offers, kindly send us a signed copy of the reply slip together with the proof of
transaction (e.g., photo of bank deposit slip, the screenshot of online bank transaction),
2. Business/Company Logo,
3. Business/Company Description,
4. Name of people in-charge for the stall, and
5. Materials/equipment that you’ll bring on the event
