accordance with law, depose and state that I am attorney-in-fact in the above-stated
case, I caused the preparation of the foregoing complaint, I have read the contents
thereof and the facts stated therein are true and correct of my personal knowledge
and on the basis of authentic documents and records in my possession; the pleading
is filed not to harass, cause unnecessary delay, or needlessly increase the cost of
litigation; and that the factual allegations therein have evidentiary support or, if so
specifically identified, will likewise have evidentiary support after reasonable
