code.. minor bug can be fixed whenever time allows.

Readiness is how well player is trained (scrimmage games improve this, especially
for younger players).

Challenge is measurement of how challenged (ie how good he is vs other players he

plays against).

So the tougher the competition, the higher growth he will be triggered to make ( as
long as there is room for improvement).
