QUIT CLAIM DEED

The Quit Claim Deed is made and effective October 21, 2022

BETWEEN : Mr. ELIEL C. DE DIOS, of legal age, male, married and a

resident of Cortes, Surigao del Sur

AND : MS. GRETCHEN M. RAMO, of legal age, female, and a resident

of Prk Maganda, Bagong Lungsod, Tandag,Surigao del Sur.

TERMS

For and in consideration of the amount EIGHT HUNDRED FOUR PESOS ONLY (Php
804.00), the Grantor grants to the Grantee said amount for the final repair of minor
damages of the Yamaha Mio 125i bearing Plate number 150107. The minor damages
was transpired when the rear side of the Mazda pick up driven by Mr. De Dios
accidentally hit the said motorcycle.

In witness whereof, the grantee hereby acknowledged, release and quitclaimed the
grantor from any future claim, damages whatsoever.
