    Dear Sir Aying,

    Good day!

    My daughter, Daniella Mae Jubilo, will be absent this Nov 9-15 because our family
    will be on vacation to visit her deceased father in the cemetery and also take the
    time to meet some family members.

    I will make sure that her schoolwork will not suffer as a result of this vacation.

    Please allow my daughter to make up any missed quiz, school activities and
    homework. I haven't been home for a long time and only have this chance to go
    on this vacation so I'm hoping for your kindest understanding about this matter.
