Change in Market Value: Represents the change in your account value, from the end of the last period to the end of this period, adjusted for any
contributions and withdrawals or charges during this period.

Units Held: A measure used to determine the value of your interest in a variable investment option under your contract.

Unit Value: The price per unit. A new unit value is determined daily at the close of business of the New York Stock Exchange for each valuation period after
dividends and distributions have been included and daily charges have been subtracted.

Fees: Represents incurred charges to your account value from the end of the last period to the end of this period. These fees may consist of any or all of the
following; contract fee, CDSC applicable to withdrawals and/or GLWB rider fee, if applicable. The total of all of these fees which you have paid since
inception is $1,050.00.
