1.0. GENERAL

1.1. General Provisions

 a new job can be done after completion of all installation work to be installed above the ceiling has

1.2. scope of Work

materials, and equipment.

b. Include the provision of ceiling material, compound, tape, ceiling hanger frame, mounting frame
hanging and ceiling materials in places according to the plan drawings, and material order partition. The
scope of this work and the binding force for the entire job ceilings and partitions.

1.3. References

b. Quality Assurance:

Qualifications manufacturing: product used here should be produced by companies that are well known
and have experience of successful and accepted by the Consultant Construction Management (CM) and
the client.

c. Worker Qualifications:

 At least there should be one person who fully understood against this section during the
implementation, understanding of the needs required, materials, and methods needed for
implementation.

1.4. Delivery (submittals)

1.5. Storage and Care Products

a. Materials should be sent in sealed protective containers from the factory or the manufacturer's name,
color, size and type.

b. Materials must be held / maintained with care to avoid damage in accordance with manufacturer's
instructions.
c. Material should be stored in a room, closed, stacked flat, up off the floor and protected from water,
all of which fit the manufacturer's instructions.

2.0. MATERIALS

2.1. Materials

a. Materials used in this section shall be consistent with the rules and standards referred to herein, and /
or equivalent regulations and international standards, were approved by the client, MK, and Planner.

b. Materials must be non combustibel calcium silicate type, in accordance with the approval of the Court
/ Planner.

 Thickness: 6 mm

 Production: Promina, Tombo, or equivalent

 Frame: Using a standardized system of metal Furing

d. Order ceiling must wear a standard material for ceiling suspension system, which consists of:

 Products: Buman, MMJ, Cosmat or equivalent

e. Ceiling hanger, metal hanger that can be installed according to the manufacturer's recommendations.

f. Extra Sock: 5%

3.0. INSTALLATION
3.1. examination

a. Check areas scheduled to be installed this unit ceiling hanger to determine unevenness, inequality and
humid which may affect the quality and execution of work.

b. Put a gap and estimate the possibility to access and difficult location before installation.

c. Do not precede job installing ceiling-mechanical and electrical works and it is necessary for a thorough

d. The contractor must install the panels calcium silicate and accessory-accessories in accordance with
manufacturer's instructions, shop drawings, and this specification.

e. If there is a recommendation from the manufacturer has a different meaning of the specification here,

directed by the Court and the client, and Planner.

3.2. Installation of steel framing for suspended and furred ceiling

a. Buffer ceiling must be placed in accordance with the approved shop drawings, and will be on the line
and level with other instruments or other equipment that has been approved.

b. Hang the hanger from the structural ceiling of the building and do the following:

1 Install the hanger with the flat and free from contact with insulation or other objects within ceiling
plenum that are not a structural support or ceiling suspension system. Renggangkanlah hanger only
when necessary to avoid obstacles and compensate for the horizontal force by bracing, countersplaying,
or other effective means.

2 Fasten flat, elbows, channel, and rod hangers to structure, including connecting parts of the frame,
with gluing and tuck, eyescrews, or fasteners and other equipment that can strengthen and enough
structural including hanger type used, and the way that will not cause damage or fall due to age,
corrosion / rust, or high temperatures.

3 Do not connect or iron frame hanging on the ducting, pipes, or conduit.

c. Fit a metal frame components with size and the distance indicated but not less than that required of a
reference standard iron truss installation.

d. Wire ties or furring ellipse to the main runners and to other structural support member in accordance
with that indicated by the manufacturer's recommendations.

3.3. Application of calcium silicate and finishing

General

a. Install ceiling panels calcium silicate with a transverse order to minimize the number of connections in
the midst of the tip area on each ceiling. Wear buffer at end connections of adjacent panels not less
than one part of the framework.
b. Fit a calcium silicate panels with face side out. Do not install panels that are not perfect, damaged, or
damp. Tie panels together to straighten the edges and ends with not more than estrangement 1.5 mm
between the two panels. Do not be pushed into place.

c. Paste calcium silicate panels on steel studs so that the edge or end of each alignment panel attached

Plastering compound will be mixed according to the manufacturer's instructions, then use a steel trowel,

3.4. adjustment

3.5. cleaning
Once all work is complete, clean the ceiling panels of the former palm, dirt, grease, and other foreign
