1. WHY I CREATED THIS GRATITUDE JOURNAL?
Hi, I am Edwin Wang, CEO & co-founder of Signature Market. People always ask me; what is my secret to success? The
previous me would simply say to work hard and be successful. The harder I work, the more success I get. This is valid advice,
but there is a limit, and there are prices to pay. I am just exchanging time with the results. The consequences are; I am
always busy, tired, stressed out, and barely have time for anything else. My health back then was also greatly affected. I
was overweight with many stress-related illnesses.

3 years ago, I stumbled upon the beauty of practicing gratitude. It changed my life completely. Instead of chasing for results,
I practiced gratitude daily, and results started to flow into my life easily and naturally. I am grateful for the success of all 8
pillars of my life:-

4. Home & Lifestyle
5. Hobbies & Leisure
6. Personal Development
7. Health & Wellbeing
8. Contribution to the World

Since then, I have attracted a lot of results. I used to achieve only 10% - 20% of my yearly goals resolution. Today after 3
years of constant practice, I can achieve up to 80% of my goals.

Money & Wealth


My biggest breakthrough is having a new relationship with money. Previously despite living a frugal life, money never
seemed to be enough. I felt insecure about losing the money I had in my hands. Fear of losing money or opportunities then
triggered my anger, frustrations, and breakdowns.

The more I wanted money, the more it was leaving me. My fear of an uncertain future always made me sell early in an
investment. I was constantly looking for short-cuts to earn fast money. I was always focusing on not losing, and eventually,
I lost it all. What I resist, persists.

Then I started to practice gratitude for all the money I earn and all the money I spend. Everything just shifted. When I am
grateful for the money I earn, I start focusing on the long-term. When I started making long-term investments and decisions,
money started to flow in easily. Precisely like what Tony Hsieh said, "focus on my long-term vision and not money; the
money will end up following me". Now I have an abundance of money. Whenever I need money, it will be there. I also
spend intentionally when I am grateful. I don't buy things to satisfy others. Instead, I buy things that spark joy for me
without feeling guilty. I also feel happy and free when money conversations are taken out of my mind—no more emotional
drama. Less drama equals more time to spend on creating my goal.

In today's world, the context of money is important. Money is a tool to exchange for a product, service & experience. It is
not the amount of money that makes us happy, but it is the experience that we acquire before, during & after consumption
that makes us happy. Focus on value consumption rather than the price. Higher prices don't guarantee more happiness.
Sometimes the simplest things can create similar experiences. Sometimes, all we need is love and acknowledgment. Money
and wealth are a consequence and should not be the main focus.

Career & Business
I previously believed that to be successful, I needed to work hard. How can I gain success if I am not hustling & struggling?
I believed that I would get the most joy from my success when success is obtained the hard way. Because of that belief, I
found myself struggling my entire life. I was always the hardest worker, working 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. If I were
not working, I would feel guilty for wasting time.

I was being programmed into this "work hard & comparing myself with others" mindset in school. I must study hard to be
successful in life. Everything in school was a competition as there can only be 1 winner. Only number 1 deserves all the
acknowledgment & praises. So subsequently, in my work, everything became a competition for me—never-ending
comparison with others and feelings of insecurity for not doing enough crept up. Due to my competitive behaviour, I
subconsciously pushed people away as they will always feel small when they are around me. I believed that I am living in a
scarcity world where there can only be 1 winner. Either I am winning or someone else will. This belief made me form the "I
am better than everyone else" behaviour. I pushed help away, and then I would complain if no one was willing to help me.
Every success I obtained was achieved alone through great hardship. What is worst, all the success I acquired didn't bring
joy.

The reality is joy can never exist without being grateful for the things we already have. After I started practicing gratitude
daily, my career & business pillar generated miraculous results. When I am grateful to my partners, managers & colleagues,
they started to help me. Instead of being a lone ranger, I now have a team. Every day I am very grateful for just how amazing
my team is.

I used to have difficulties raising funds from institutional investors solely because I was not in the network. Having struggled
in that area for 4 years because of my belief that no one was willing to help me. Then, I started to practice gratitude, and
voila, I attracted a few investors to introduce me to the network, and I got funded in 2019. I attracted angels to help me
with the things that were holding me back in life.

I used to have a desire to prove myself to others. I have always been craving for others' acknowledgment to feel great
about myself, but at the same time, I am also subconsciously brushing their acknowledgment away due to my
unworthiness. This is my self-fulfilling pattern to prove that my core belief is true that I am not important. When I practiced
gratitude, my state changed into being good enough, and the desire to satisfy others vanished. Now I focus on being myself,
being true to myself, and creating the things I want to create. Because I have certainty, I made spot-on choices that lead to
getting results quicker. Practicing gratitude also keeps me happy, and it allows new & fresh ideas to flow in naturally. Today,
work is enjoyable for me; I get to challenge myself; I get to create stuff I love & I am surrounded by highly passionate people
working hand in hand with me to create awesome creations.

Career or business is a big part of our life because it brings purpose to our life. It is also the source of challenge, growth &
acknowledgment in our life. Once I experienced 2 years of early retirement. Then, I lived a goalless life, one without a
purpose, and it was utterly demotivating. I felt so useless, and it did so much damage to my self-confidence.

If we hate our job, it is probably because of the company or job scope that is not suitable. Maybe we don't feel a sense of
belonging in our workplace. Do not prioritise monetary compensation over joy & growth. Focus on a career or business
that aligns with our long-term goals and purpose; the money will follow after. Remember to focus long term; there is where
our big results are.

Relationships & Family
Relationships have never been my strength as I was just a socially awkward nerdy software developer. I was introverted,
self-centred, and that caused my loneliness. My previous belief of living in a scarcity world where it is a dog-eat-dog world
demotivated me greatly. I was taught not to talk to strangers & to trust no one. I have never appreciated anyone in my life
other than my mom & dad. All my friends were simply acquaintances. I used to judge and label each of them, as I was super
selective who is worthy of my time.

Practicing gratitude changed everything for me. I started to be grateful for everyone in my space. Everyone is unique, they
are beautiful in their own way, and it is worth appreciating their imperfections. Everyone has their own life journey; no
matter where and how they are currently, it is their journey. I started to practice looking for someone's greatness rather
than their weakness. When I see others' greatness, they will be great. I started to attract a lot of people in my life. Lots of
them later became an angel in my life.

Humans are social animals; trust me, we can't live isolated and separated. Everyone craves love & self-belonging. I used to
focus on wanting to fit in so I can be loved. Fitting in was about assessing a situation and becoming who I needed to be to
get acceptance; hence I always appeared awkward around people. When I started to appreciate myself and embrace my
imperfections, I finally acknowledged my own greatness. A sense of true belonging started to appear when I became proud
of my authentic self and started to attract people who love & accept me completely and whole-heartedly.

Intimate connection is important in life. Without a sense of belonging, we will feel lonely. If our relationship is working,
everything else in our life will be working as well. A relationship is the easiest way to bring purpose to our lives and to
create joy in life. When we are happy, we will attract results.

Home & Spaces


My previous mindset is to live frugally. I settled for the cheapest food, bought the cheapest stuff & stayed at the cheapest
places. Drinking expensive coffee or going on a vacation was a lifestyle that I could never afford, as to me, it is a waste of
money and time.

I remember reading many self-help books 20 years ago, and this is exactly what they teach. Work hard, live frugally to save
all the money, and invest in stocks, property & precious metals. That is the formula for financial freedom. Don't waste
money on luxury brands and expensive leisure activities. Sacrifice my own need to indulge so that I can buy a house. Don't
envy those friends who focus on enjoying themselves now; they will be poor for the rest of their life, and meanwhile, I will
enjoy my rewards in 10 - 20 years when property prices skyrocket. After 20 years, I discovered that this teaching is simply
untrue for today's context. This might have been true 40 years ago. The baby boomer generation lived in a monopolized
world where lifelong employment is the norm. Since big companies and governments monopolize everything, there are
not many employment choices. Most people would work 9-6 and have side hustle joining MLM and direct sales.

Today, there are barely any barriers to entry to show our creations to the world. We are now living in the Internet & mobile
phone era. Soon there will be 5G, AI & Robotics. The world has changed to be so much more accessible. Small businesses
& the gig economy are challenging the traditional industries. Social media influencers are challenging the giant media
companies. Direct-to-consumers brands in every category are eating into big brands' market share. The good news is,
consumers nowadays are the king, and they are spoilt with choices. Consumers nowadays are becoming so demanding
about creativity & innovations in products & services. I realized that if I continue with my frugal lifestyle, I will no longer be
relatable. Soon I will be left behind & be irrelevant.

We are also moving towards the Industrial Revolution 5.0, where AI and automation will be widely used. I cannot emphasize
how important creativity & innovation is in today's world. We should focus on activities that stimulate our right side of the
brain (the creative side). In today's context, creativity and innovation are well rewarded financially. Hobbies & leisure that
were previously deemed unimportant is now critical activities.

10 years ago, I started to prioritize my living space. I will upgrade my house every 5 years, whether it was a new house or
renovating my current house. Today I am grateful to be living in my dream home. It is clean, it is comfortable, and it makes

me feel happy. I surround myself with all the furniture and home decor that sparks joy for me. My home is also a place for
me to practice creation. Every piece of decor and furniture has a story. It is my opportunity to show who I am to others
through my living space. I can go hours explaining the story of each piece of deco I bought and why I arranged my furniture
that way.

My home is important to me because it is the space that I wake up to every day, and the environment can influence my
mood. Waking up to a space that makes me happy sets me to win every single day. Home is also a space where I rest after
a tiring day. Getting a good night's sleep helps to regenerate and heal my body.

If our living space is cluttered, messy & dirty, the same will show up in our life as well. Our living space defines us. Clear all
the clutter in our room. Clear all the clothes we are never going to wear. Clear all the books we are never going to read.
This clearing process alone can be life-changing. Go read this book "The Life-Changing Magic of Tidying Up" by Marie Kondo.
It is not about how fancy our home is; it is about how comfortable our living space is.

Lifestyle
For lifestyle, I believe how I live my life directly impacts the results I attract. If I live frugally, I attract frugal results. Now I
choose to live a colourful life and pamper myself with an abundance of experiences. I start appreciating others' creations,
appreciating the artistic expression presented, and the stories that the creator is trying to portray. I began exposing myself
to fine dining, exploring new cafes & restaurants, admiring building architecture & interior designs, exploring new food &
snacks, trying new products and technology gadgets. As I appreciate others' creations, I am confident that others will
appreciate mine.

In Signature Market, we always educate an upgraded lifestyle as we are what we eat. We become what we feed our minds.
An upgraded lifestyle involves appreciating the depth of taste & flavours in food. Nowadays, some processed foods are
loaded with sugar or artificial flavouring that we aren't really able to taste the distinction between different types of foods.
We also advocate appreciating scents. A scent can affect our mood and emotions. Try a different type of scent every day.
Every small detail in life can spark joy and increase our life experience.

Hobbies & Leisure


After knowing the importance of creativity, I have been refocusing on my hobby. My hobby triggers the right side of my
brain; the unstructured, creative, and spontaneous side. This is where most of my growth & new learnings come from.
Personally, I am an analytical and methodical person where mechanism, mathematics & proven patterns are important to
me. Whenever there is no structured solution, I panicked. Now I rely on the right side of my brain for creative solutions to
my daily problems. Sometimes, I discover new mechanisms to my existing solution, which helps speed up my results.

Since I have a passion for flowers and plants, my hobby is orchid arrangements. Every 2 months, I will change my orchid
arrangement in my house, trying different creations every time. I love the feeling of observing small seedlings grow into
big, blossoming plants. My balcony is filled with lots of plants. Sometimes whenever I ran out of ideas, I spent some time
gardening. Surprisingly, whenever I distract myself from the real problem and focus on creative activities, solutions will
naturally flow in. My 2nd hobby is interior design. I love decorating and doing home DIYs. Some people collect sports shoes
or watches; I collect furniture, house decor & art pieces.

Leisure is something I learned to love, as well. Going for vacations, talking to the locals to understand their cultures, and
appreciating their unique foods. The more I focus on my hobbies & leisure, the more skills and valuable experiences I gain.
In my opinion, this is what living life is all about.

Health & Well-Being


Do you know that health is wealth? What is the use of owning all the wealth in this world if I am not healthy enough to
enjoy it? Without health, I am prevented from being in creation. When I can't create, my wealth stops as well. I mistreated
myself previously. I was overweight, full of sicknesses, and feeling stressed all the time. I suffer from high blood pressure
& gastric problems whenever I am stressed. Today, if you have seen me in person, I look so much younger than my age,
thanks to my emphasis on my personal well-being.

There are 3 main areas of well-being: physical, mental & spiritual well-being. I believe eating the right kind of food can heal
me naturally. I stopped eating oily and sugary foods because it affected my mood and emotions. I am also slowly replacing
meat with plant-based diets. I am eating less meat now.

For mental well-being, I surround myself with aromatherapy & essential oils. Aromatherapy can naturally make me calm
and be present in that moment. Different scents spark different moods and emotions. I use aromatherapy to enhance my
sleep; it helps me to get into deep sleep faster. Adequate sleep is essential as it is the best self-healing activity to regenerate
my cells.

Lastly, for my spiritual well-being, I practice gratitude. When I am grateful, I stay grounded; I am living in the present. When
I live in the moment, I will not be affected by my past, and I do not fear my uncertain future. By just practicing gratitude, it
took away all my stress. I am now a big believer in taking good care of myself, pampering myself, praising myself, loving
myself, and making sure I am always healthy, physically, mentally & spiritually.

We are a wealth-generating machine. We are the goose that lays the golden egg. Nothing is more important than making
sure we are in tip-top condition. A sick being stops us from being in action; hence it delays our progress towards our goals.
A sick being (mentally) also pushes people away, preventing others from loving, and supporting us.

Personal Development
Self-improvement is part of life. It is a never-ending process; whether we focus or not, life will keep teaching us. I rely on
audiobooks, YouTube videos & workshops to gain valuable knowledge. I believe learning can come from anyone and
anywhere. Everyone's passion and life experience are different; everyone is unique in their own way and has a different
perspective on life. I can learn from everyone if I practice active listening.

Every day, I challenge myself forward in small incremental ways. From every challenge I take, it moves me forward. Just
writing this book is a huge challenge for me.

Nothing is more important than constantly upgrading ourselves, our skills & our mindset (remove bad beliefs & form good
new beliefs). Personal growth is the best way to expand our context. Upgrading our skills can also add new depth to our
creations. When our mindset is changed or upgraded, our habits & behaviour will be changed as well; thus results will
show.

Contribution to The World


Giving is something that I started late in life. Previously I only focus on donating to the needy. Now I have broadened my
of giving. I am grateful to have found my purpose in life, and living that purpose really drives me. My purpose in life is to
commit to others' growth and see them live a happy and fulfilling life. I believe practicing gratitude can move someone
towards that. It can attract many amazing results in our life. That is why I created this Gratitude Journal; to educate this
practice.

When we practice gratitude, we lose the fear of uncertainty, and we believe our future will be bright. When we practice
gratitude, we will be in a state of enough, satisfied with what we already have. Giving will be automatically when we are
feeling enough. When we have enough time, we will contribute our time to being with our loved ones and the community.
When we have enough money, we will donate money. When we have enough self-love, we will be willing to love others.
When we are good enough, we will start sharing our knowledge and experiences with others. How amazing will this world
be if everyone knew that they are enough; if anything, they are more than enough.

2. ASK, BELIEVE & GRATITUDE
Here are 3 simple steps to attract results.

STEP 1 – ASK | Dare to ask specifically, so the universe understands us.


If we dare not ASK specifically for our goals, we are not going to attract it. The universe does not understand vague goals.
The reason why we dare not ASK is due to our perception of our self-worth. For example, if my core belief is, I am not good
enough, I will not dare to ASK for big results as I know I am not worthy of those results. Our automatic is always to set a
vague goal because a vague goal is the safest goal. We don't like the feeling of failing; hence with a vague goal, we can stay
safe. A classic example of a vague goal is we want more money, but the universe does not understand what more money
is. 10 cents is more money, and we have always been getting it, so why aren't we satisfied? The universe will always give
us what we want in life, so be specific to ASK.

Another theory is we set vague goals to sabotage ourselves. We set a goal that we can never achieve. It is our way to punish
ourselves so we can forever stay in a scarcity state. See, if we are in a scarcity state, then we do not need to give and
contribute. Responsibility can be a scary thing. If I have enough money, I need to help my family financially. If I am good
enough, I have to help others instead of seeking others' help. A famous Spiderman quote reads, "with great power comes
great responsibility".

To master the skill to ASK, make sure we are very specific when setting our goals as specific as possible, minus the
mechanisms. It is important to observe what our conversation in our head is when we ASK. What is our conversation saying?
Why are we shy to ASK for something we want? What are the beliefs that are limiting us from achieving our goal? Why do
we feel not deserving of such results? Practice asking and aware of our mind conversations. Once our mind conversations
are well-deserving and confident in achieving a goal, that goal will be ours in no time.

STEP 2 - BELIEVE | We always attract what we believe.


Be very aware of our belief as it will always manifest in our reality. If our belief is abundant, we will attract abundance to
our life. This world is constantly influencing our beliefs subconsciously. 80% of the population subscribes to the scarcity
mindset. Scarcity programming is everywhere, and it is influencing us. Movies, music & the media is constantly feeding us
that programming. Here is an example of how a belief can create our reality. If my belief is "I am not good enough," it will
subconsciously show up in my habits and behaviour. Through my habits & behaviour, others will see that version of myself,
and they will form a judgment about me. This judgment will impact the way they react to me. Their actions will further
reaffirm my belief. This cycle is called a self-fulfilling prophecy (Diagram 2), and we created it subconsciously. The good
news is, if we choose to believe differently, our habits & behaviour will shift as well. Others will experience us differently,
change their judgment, thus react to us differently. Please do not be mistaken with faking it to make it. If we are faking it,
others will just experience us as faking it.

I personally use shifted state techniques (Diagram 3) to change my beliefs gradually. It is a daily practice, and I have to
remind myself of my new belief constantly. Our past beliefs have been living with us for so many years, and it has become
our subconscious automatic. We call it a comfort zone. We will always go back to our comfort zone because that zone is
safe and predictable. To change our beliefs gradually, we can use affirmation & visualization. Affirm it with enthusiasm.
Sometimes dramatizing it with physical action or speaking it out loud helps to add power to the affirmation. These
techniques change our state of being temporary. With our new changed state, our energy and show up will be different.
That energy alone is powerful enough to set us up to achieve something we never believed possible. We end the cycle
with gratitude. Find all the tiny positive evidence that reaffirms the new belief and acknowledge it by practicing gratitude.
This repeated process will gradually grow us towards our new beliefs. Remember, our default is always going back to our
previous belief, as that is our comfort zone for us for so many years. We tend to focus on the negative facts to beat
ourselves up. Our conversations in our heads are committed to preventing us from getting to our new beliefs. Relax and
don't fight with our conversations. Slowly and surely, practice gratitude, and we will definitely get there. Once our belief
changes, our reality will be changed as well.

Personally, for me, I had the belief that I am not important. It has always been my core belief that limited me in my life.
One of the affirmations I always use to support me is, "I easily and naturally allow others to love me, support me, and
contribute to my life." This affirmation shifts my being to allow others to love & support me. I acknowledge everything I
have received from others by being grateful for it. Today I feel important and have been attracting love & support.

STEP 3 - GRATITUDE | Acknowledge our results by practicing gratitude.


Dare to ASK specifically, BELIEVE that the results are coming. Lastly, practice GRATITUDE for our results. Previously I kept
pushing results away. I wanted to be loved and be accepted so much, but when others gave it to me, I always pushed it
away with reasons like "they might not be sincere about it"; "maybe they are doing it because they want something in
return, or they are just polite". I always fear receiving it because if I receive it whole-heartedly, will I lose it one day? I am
more afraid of losing it than the joy of having it. Later I found out that it requires vulnerability to receive. I can never receive
love if I am not vulnerable enough to risk losing it.

Practicing gratitude reduces the emotional impact of losing because I am grateful for my progress. The analogy is like the
feeling of playing a multi-level game towards fighting a big boss at the last level, and there is no "save game" function. If I
lose, I will need to play the game from the beginning all over again. The higher level I reach, the harder it gets, and the
more stressed I get. There is no room for mistake as I have to start from level 1 if I fail. Gratitude is the "save game" function
in the game. Every time I complete a level, I get the chance to save my game. Even if I fail, I get to restart from my previous
high. I don't need to restart and do all the levels again.

So how do you play your life game? Only feel happy when you beat the big boss at the final level or celebrate the small
success you win by practicing gratitude? How often are you practicing gratitude in your life? In this gratitude journal, we
practice gratitude daily to the 8 pillars of our lives. I am very serious when practicing gratitude; nothing is too small for me
to be grateful for.

3. HOW TO USE THIS GRATITUDE JOURNAL
Firstly, I would like to thank you for reading this far and understanding the full concept behind this Gratitude Journal. Let's
start the journey of attracting WOW results into your life.

SET 3-MONTHS, 6-MONTHS & 12-MONTHS GOAL


Start with visualizing & declaring our 3-months, 6-months & 12-months goals. Write our goals as results, do not put
mechanisms needed to achieve our goals. Our goals need to be specific. A vague goal doesn't serve us as it is playing safe,
and hence we will attract safe results. Our goals also need to be slightly challenging but not too impossible and need to be
progressing forward. If our goal is too stretchy, then our subconscious mind will ignore that goal. One way is to listen to
the conversation in your head when you write down that goal. What is the conversation telling us? Is it outright ridiculous,
or is it difficult but possible? Go for the difficult but possible goal.

An example of a good goal-setting for health is that in 3 months, my weight will be 66kg; in 6 months, my weight will
be 64kg, and in 12 months, my weight will be 60kg.

Next, imagine how we will feel when we achieve that goal. If our imagination sparks joy, then it means that goal is
something we want, and there is a desire to achieve it. Only goals with a solid purpose are easier to attract. Now that we
have completed our 3, 6 & 12 months goal settings, we need to be confident that the goal we set is achievable and
surrender for the right mechanisms to come to us.

All 8 pillars in the goal-setting are important, and selecting a few pillars to declare doesn't work. In the "BE-DO-HAVE"
method, we are manifesting & attracting results to us, and we deserve to get results in all 8 pillars. Repeat these 3, 6 & 12
months goals setting every 3 months. After 3 months, some of our 6 or 12 months goals might have already been achieved.
Some of our goals might no longer be relevant anymore. We might also find a new passion for pursuing. Every 3 months, it
is important to allocate at least 1-2 hours to do this goal-setting. Be very clear of our goals at the start of every quarter. A
life without a goal is like a body without a soul.

THE DAILY ROUTINES
This is the daily routine that works very well for me. Every morning, I took 10 - 15 minutes to look at my schedule and
visualize my day. I wrote the story as if it has already happened.

Example of a Daily Visualization:

I met Jay for breakfast, and we had the best meeting ever. In the meeting, I got to know more about him as a person.
He shared his experience with logistics, and his information helped me with my new logistic project. In the afternoon,
my weekly meeting with my boss went amazingly well, and he gave me acknowledgment for my planning for the new
logistic project. He promised to give me the big US project once the project is confirmed. I dreamed about that project
last week, and now it is within my reach. He also told me that he trusts me for that big project. At night, my family
dinner was great, and we had an amazing movie night too.

Begin with the end in mind. Michael Jordan & Tiger Woods use visualization to visualize winning the match before each
match starts. That supported them to become the top athletes in the world. The visualization technique is an amazing
technique to set our energy towards creating the story we visualize. Our behavior & habit will shift to who we have to be
so that our story becomes a reality.

At the end of the day, I conclude my day by practicing gratitude. Irrelevant to how the day ended, I frame my results with
a positive story to be grateful for it. All events that happen to us are neutral in nature. We put meanings and stories
behind each event. It is always about perspective—the stories we choose to tell ourselves. Sometimes a single bad event
consumed us entirely and made us so emotional that we choose to frame a scarcity story. Maybe someone scolded us
today. We can choose to interpret it because we are weak, allowing others to bully us, or we are not good enough; hence
we attract scolding. We can also choose to interpret that we are important enough that someone cares to give us honest,
brutal feedback. Our beliefs influence our perspective, and that greatly impacts the results we are attracting.

Remember, practicing gratitude is the "save game" function discussed in the previous chapter. We want to accumulate as
many big or small achievements alike and save it in our minds. If we forget to practice gratitude, then it is such a waste as
each achievement is a level up towards our goal. Nothing is too small to be grateful for—every achievement matters.

I get this question a lot. What if the story I visualize in the morning doesn't match up to my reality? Does that mean I
failed? No, visualization is just a technique to set our energy towards our goal. We are always too hard on ourselves. Our
automatic response is always finding ways to beat ourselves up to go back to the "Happy Go Lucky" way of living. Relax
and trust the process. The more you practice gratitude, the more results you get.

THE MONTHLY ROUTINES
At the end of the month, consolidate a list of our top 10 grateful moments for each pillar and write it in My Monthly
Gratitude. As we reflect on our monthly grateful list, we will know which goal is on track. The goal in the pillar with the
most grateful moments usually is the one that is on track. Each pillar is important; don't give up on any pillar. Take some
time to remind our-self and acknowledge our awesome progress. Sometimes we just take things for granted or forget
how much progress and growth we had each month.

Next, do our monthly reflection.

• List down our top 10 achievements of the month. As we list down our achievements, do take time to
acknowledge our-self for being awesome.
• List down all the stuff that sparks joy for us that month. Our gut feeling is powerful. It is the voice of our hearts,
and it is usually the source of a new creation. Heard the phrase, follow your heart? Spend some time to write
down what our heart is trying to tell us.
• List down our learnings for the month. If we have learnings, then we are on track as we are challenging yourself
forward.
• Appreciating the angels that appear in our life by listing it down. As we appreciate them, we will be more open
to receiving more from them.
• List down how we are pampering our-self. It is important to take care of our physical, mental & spiritual well-
being.
• List down who we have helped this month. If we are practicing gratitude daily, we will notice that giving is
automatic. The more we give, the more we will be open to receive.
• List down all the new experiences we had last month. When we expand our life experience, our results expand
as well.

Allocate 1 – 2 hours every month to do this monthly reflection.
