PUBLIC NOTICE

Subject: Incorporation of condition in the label/leaflets by registrants holding CRs of the

formulations (Bifenthrin 10% SC, Deltamethrin 78% EC & 2'8% EC, Fenpropathrin 30% EC,
Acephate 25% + Fenvalrate 3% EC, Chlorpyriphos 50% + Cypermethrin 05% EC, Difenthiuron
47% + Bifenthrin 9.4% EC, Pyriproxifen 5% + Fenpropathrin 15% EC, Pyriproxifen !O% +
Bifenthrin 10% SC) -regarding.

In supersession of this Secretariat's Public Notice of even No. dated 16 06.2021 on the
above mentioned subject, it is informed that as per the decision taken at Agenda ltem No. 1 (S'No. 7)
in the 429'n RC meeting held on 24.06.2021 , 28.06.2O2L and 30.06.2021, the registrants holding CRs
of the formulations as mentioned above are required to submit their original Certificate of
Registration alongwith label and leaflet to the Secretariat of CIB&RC within 60 days of hoisting of this
public notice on the website of Dte. of PPQ&S for incorporation of condition in the cR and
label/leaflet.

This has the approval of APPA & secretary (ClB&RC).
