 To introduce the group members to each other

 To inform the group about the General questions from a landlord reference check
 To introduce and inform members of questions you should ask your landlord Before you rent
 To introduce dealing with Smart Move/Tenant Report
 To introduce members to Roommate Questionnaire

Objective

By the end of this session, the group members will be able to:

1. Know and understand General Questions from Landlord to tenant for reference check
2. Know and understand the guiding principles of asking questions to landlord
3. Know and understand Tenant Report
4. Know and understand commitment to roommate questionnaire

The weekly Agenda will be:

Activity one: Welcome and Overview
Activity two: introduction to Landlord reference check
Activity three: Break time if needed (10) minutes
Activity four: introduction to questions asked to landlord before renting
Activity five: filling out Roommate Questionnaire (15-30) minutes
