1. Worked as TEAM LEADER, SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT with, Vibgyor


Net-Connections (NOVEL GROUP Bangalore) who is a National distributor and partner
of R&M product lines in the networking industry. Vibgyor is a leading supplier of passive cabling
solutions for high-end quality communication networks.

DURATION: 2016 TO 2022 -MAY 14 TH (BANGALORE)

Job responsibilities

 Managing a team of 12 member including Order processing, Procurement & Warehouse


 Conducted monthly training for new and existing employees. 
 Coordinated for preparing Quotation & submission in relation to creating, analyzing pricing
and quoting based on customer requirements, match products to customer specifications and
drawings.
 Responsible for reviewing & approving of all Purchase orders received from the clients &
converting to Sales orders
 Allocation of materials to various clients according to meet the requirements using company
ERP
 Prepared weekly and monthly data-oriented performance reports like Monthly MIS &
Margin Reports & Stock reports for the management team. 
 Looked for efficiency improvement opportunities and implemented changes and corrections
as needed. 
 Responsible for approving of all Import/Export works like Customs duty, Check list,
BOE ,Insurance including calculation, certification and verification , drawback, and
compliance with governmental agencies.
 Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or
customer issues.
 Arranges transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered
as per schedule.
 Periodic reviewing & negotiation of freight rates: air, courier, and land & with the Vendors.
 Managing WH Operations, Appointments, Solving Invoice & packing list Issues
 Taking Care of Inventory Management by Implementing FIFO effectively, taking care of
Periodic Inventory reviews & maintaining the Minimum Stock of Fast Consuming Items, by
determining the Reorder Point & to avoid Stock Outs.

2. Worked as CAMP MANAGER with MULTICATERING SARLU CONGO., an


Italian company which provides management capabilities for catering and hospitality
services on work camps, remote sites, offshore platforms and large barges worldwide.
