The app makes communication between employer and employee easier. It’s available both
as an app and a website. It intends to connect both parties looking for a stable job or a side
hustle.

in the middle of this crisis, our services provide jobless to get works without be employed.

So now talking about why we created our application, because it is clear that the number of
unemployment grew a lot in the pandemic, in addition to our system not preparing our young
people for the job market, being a necessity to provide new work opportunities

How does it work? The person that want a friend hand to help will post services in our site,
otherwise, the interested on the post will accept, and we will connect both, after the clearing
of the work, the employer will finish the request and the transaction will be released.

Objective → Our project aims to facilitate the search for jobs and services, without requiring

experience. It also promises to ease communication between employer and employee through

the app. The system, which runs both through an app and a website, is intended to connect

contractors to employees looking for a steady job or a temporary one.

Justification → We are going to make a company where employers can be any person or

company that seeks for a service provider or wants to employ someone. The user can state the

service’s date, then the period needed and preferred positions. The contractor will pay a fee to

place the request in our system, and the higher the value, the more interested they will be in

the vacancy, as the worker's reward will be 70% of the vacancy value, the interested

employee will have to sign a contract that says that if they do not comply with the contracting

party's conditions, they will have to pay a fine for breach of contract, which will be 2x the

value of the vacancy, and the contractor will have to sign a contract respecting all human

rights and that will not force the contractor to perform tasks not specified by the contractor.

The more successful employee services, the greater his reputation and ratings. For the loyalty

part, there will be coupons where we will pay a fixed amount or percentage if the job is

successful.
