Dear Sir,

  On 01.04.22 while driving the car bearing Regd. no. JH 09 AV 3956 from Bari Co
operative  to Qtr. No. 54, Sector 1 C Bokaro I met with an accident near Sector 12, where the
car got damaged.
Subsequently I sent the car to the Hyundai Workshop on 03.04.2022 for its repair and also
filled up and submitted the Insurance claim application Form wherein I have briefly
described the accident. On 14,04,22 I was called by the Surveyor Shri A K Lall to the
accident spot to explain him in detail about the accident. The details were explained to him
by me.Thereafter I received a letter from Shri A K Lall, Surveyor vide which he had sought
certain clarification about the damage caused to the car. The said clarification was provided
by me vide my letter dated 06.05.2022 and i am wating for the approval for the repair of
damaged car.
The car is lying in the Hyundai workshop since 03.04 .22 i.e. since one and a half month and
the workshop representatives are time and again asking what is to be done.  Also keeping the
damaged car unused in the workshop for such a long time  is causing furthur detoriation to
the other parts of the car.
   Sir in view of the  facts and circumstances mentioned above the intervention of your good
office is highly solicited. Since the car is new and leaving the car unattended for such a long
period is furthur deitoriate  theother parts of the car I would therefore request you to please
look into it and grant your approval for its repair at the earliest. In any case if it not then I
have no option left but to  get it repaired at my own.
