He coordinated with the customer, tested the reporting of current and voltage values from MFMs to various BCUs, raised an RMA request when communication failed, and awaited replacement equipment from CRC to continue testing. On his final day he observed MFM values reporting correctly to one BCU after injecting current and voltage values.

    1.Powered ON the RuggedCom Switch but it didn't get powered up
    2. Powered Up all the BCU and Ensured that Power Supply is fine for

    3. checked the MFM'S by configuring in PORT-1, PORT-2, PORT-3,
    PORT-4 respectively but it is not communicating
    Even Checked with the Same Project Setup
    1. Powered Up the BCU-2 & Injected the Current and Voltage Values
    Using Omicron Kit and Observed that MFM Values are reporting to
    BCU-2
    2. After Changing the MFM Register Address the MFM Started to
    Communicate with BCU for both the Ports in the BCU-2
    3. Powered Up the BCU-1 and Connected the 4 MFM by Port-1 by
    09:00 18:30 Keep the Modbus Id similar in SCE & Accord MFM -

    The MFM didn't get reported to BCU-1, Swapped the CPU card from
    BCU-2 to BCU-1 and Checked the Reporting but Not Reporting to BCU-
    1
    Changed the Database and MFM's id in SCE & Accord MFM and even
    changed N/W Name & IP Address using flash boot then also MFM not
    reported to BCU

    Raised RMA for both the Materials BCU & Rugged Com Ethernet Fibre
    Switch and Handover to CRC Mr. Palanivel
    09:00 18:30 Contacted Mr.Palanivel for the BCU it will be given shortly

    Awaiting for the BCU to continue and test the MFM after receiving
    from CRC

    Powered Up the BCU-1 & Injected the Current and Voltage Values
