About Latest Posts
The Rainbow Lottery is the UK’s first lottery dedicated to supporting LGBTQ good causes,
currently numbered over 100 across the UK.
Given the current cost of living crisis whilst still suffering the impact of Covid, more and more
people are turning to charity to help support them in their everyday lives. The Rainbow Lottery,
incorporated in 2021, was set up by Tom Gattos and his partner David Murray and currently
supports over 100 good causes across the country.
Many of these initiatives are small, community-based projects that benefit from the national
platform which The Rainbow Lottery provides. All of these projects are dedicated to supporting
LGBTQ community. For example, The George House Trust, The LGBT Foundation, Mermaids,
Naz and Matt Foundation, TRUK Listens, Switchboard, The Ben Cohen Stand-Up Foundation,
Tonic Housing, trans groups, community centres, educational groups, sports groups,
counselling centres and Pride groups right across the UK from Glasgow Pride in the North to
Cornwall Pride in the South.
Those wanting to play should register on the site, then select from one of the good causes
(charities) to support, and finally select how many tickets to buy. Each ticket for the Rainbow
Lottery costs £1 per week. A weekly draw takes place every Saturday night. If you match all 6
numbers you win the jackpot. Lucky winners will be notified by email, which has a link to your
Rainbow Lottery account to claim your winnings.
From every £1 ticket you buy, 50p will go to your selected LGBTQ good cause, and 10p to other
good causes improving the community.
As well as supporting the LGBTQ community each week, you could win the jackpot of £25,000
or one of the other prizes: £2,000, £250, £25 or three free tickets!

‘Crash Bandicoot 4 – It’s About Time’ is not only a useful moniker for the way the audience
feels, but also hints at the plot. “Crash Souls” as has been dubbed by our Geek Editor is
deceptively hard and necessarily so.
