06:15 am: Martin Fathers (07814199191) pick you up at school (he will pick up boys at
School House first then Austin House then Crescent House). Give 15.7 pounds to the driver.

10:30am (appr.): Arrive Heathrow Airport Terminal 3;

- Send a message to us stating that you have arrived airport

- Check-in at Cathay Pacific counter
- Documents required:
o HKSAR passport,
o Biometric Residence Permit (BRP),
o Health Declaration Form (soft copy with QR code),
o Covid-19 vaccination certificate
 - They may give you back all the documents and the boarding pass. They will attach a
sticker of check-in luggage to the boarding pass.
- You need to go through security and immigration. Find the boarding gate no. from
the boarding pass. Proceed to the boarding gate earlier. Allow sufficient time to
walk there and go to washroom at least 10 minutes before boarding time.
o No water in water bottle
o No power bank in the check-in luggage (but you can keep it in your hand
carry luggage)
o If you bring violin, it goes with you as hand carry. Make sure the staff have
the security label attached to it when checking in at the Cathay Pacific
counter
o Bring the phone charger and power bank with your hand carry

10:45am Boarding

- Upon boarded on plane, send us a message that you have boarded

- Clean the seat and table with sanitizer
- Put on goggle/glasses and mask all the time except during meals. Make sure you
clean your hands first before eating

17 Dec 2022 (HK time)

07:00am: Landing HK Int’l Airport

- Make sure you bring everything you brought on plane: violin, hand carry luggage,
mobile phone, chargers, books etc.
- Get your passport, vaccination certificate and Health Declaration Form ready
- After landing, there will be some time before you can get off the plane. Turn on
your phone and switch to the HK SIM card and use HK SIM card mobile network.
Send us a message telling us that you landed.
- After getting off from the plane, you need to go to Terminal 1.
- After that you need to go through the immigration (use HKID).
- Collect your checked-in luggage. Make sure that you have the check-in ticket
(adhered to your boarding pass)
- Go through Customs (nothing to declare passage)
- You will be required to take a PCR test but you don’t need to wait for the result (I
have registered my phone no. (94814957) for them to inform the result)
- Get out of the arrival hall and we will be waiting for you there
