1. Android phone, Laptop (Windows / Linux / Mac) with working front camera as webcam.
ऐनड्रोइड फोन,लँ पटॉप (ववंडोज/ललनक्स,मँक) फ्रंट कॅमेरा सहहत.
फोन चा फ्रंट कॅमेरा वर्किंर् कंडीशन मध्ये असणे आवश्यक आहे .
2. Make sure you are using updated browser such as (Chrome or Mozilla Firefox)

3. Must have an active internet connection (Internet Speed 512kbps / 2G+)

Hall Ticket Photo ID Verification

(फोटो आय डी पडताळणी)
Look into the webcam so that the system verifies your face for authentication.

आपला चेहरा वेबकॅम च्या समोर आणा जेणेकरून लसतटीम आपला चेहरा आपल्या फोटो

ओळखपत्रा बरोबर ताडून पाहू शकेल.

1. During authentication if your face does not match with the uploaded photo Id you
will be not be allowed to start the examinations.
फोटो पडताळणी मध्ये आपला चेहरा मैच न झाल्यास आपल्याला परीक्षा दे ता येणार नाही.
2. Your exam timer will ONLY start after the photo is successfully uploaded.
आपला फोटो यशतवीरीत्या अपलोड झाल्यानंतरच आपली परीक्षा चालू होईल.

Webcam / Photo Capturing

(वेबकॅम / फोटो पडताळणी)
1. The Webcam captures your face randomly for security purposes and verifies various aspects
to ensure integrity of examinations.
वेबकॅम द्वारा परीक्षा सरु
ु असतांना तमु चे वेळोवेळी फोटो काढले जातील, व आपण काही र्ैरप्रकार
करीत नाही आहात न याची सतत पडताळणी होत राहील.
2. We will be monitoring the examination. Any malpractices found on your end will disallow
you to continue the examinations. You will see various warnings before you are
disconnected.
आम्ही आपल्या परीक्षेचे सतत पयगवेक्षण करीत राहू. काही र्ैरप्रकार आढळल्यास ववद्यार्थयागस
परीक्षेतून बाद करण्यात येईल. ववद्यार्थयागस वेळोवेळी सूचना/ ताकीद तक्रीन वर हदली जाईल
3. Please be alone in the room during the examination.
परीक्षा दे ताना ववद्यार्थी बसला असेल त्या खोलीत ववद्यार्थी सोडून दस
ु रे कोणीही असता कामा
नये.
4. Ensure there is no noise, or no one is talking in the room during the examination.
परीक्षा सुरु असताना ववद्यार्थयागने कोणत्याही प्रकारे बोलणे, खुणा करणे इत्यादी करू नये, असयर्था
ववद्यार्थयागस परीक्षेतून बाद केले जाईल. ववद्यार्थयागच्या आसपास अस्जबात आवाज होता कामा
नये.
5. During monitoring if more than one person is found in the nearby areas your examination
will put on hold and further action would be taken.
परीक्षा दे ताना ववद्यार्थयागच्या आजूबाजूस कुणी दस
ु री व्यक्ती आढळल्यास ववद्यार्थयागची परीक्षा
त्वररत तर्थगर्त केली जाईल, व त्याच्यावर योग्य ती कारवाई केली जाईल.

In Case there’s a problem in Face Verification, फोटो- पडताळणी होण्यात
अडचण येत असल्यास,

वरीलप्रमाणे तक्रीन येईल. त्यावर, “Click here to defer photo verification and
continue to exam” या ललंक वर स्क्लक करा. त्यानंतर खालीलप्रमाणे तक्रीन हदसेल.

A screen like the above one will appear. Click on “Click here to defer
photo verification and continue to exam” and you shall see a screen like
the below screen.

यात, “Yes, Continue to exam”वर स्क्लक करा म्हणजे आपली परीक्षा सरु

STEPS FOR SYSTEM FUNCTIONS
प्रणाली कायाांसाठी चरण
Examination page is displayed to user after successful login. Following sections explain different
parts of examination page.
आपले लॉर्ीन झाल्यावर आपणांस परीक्षेच्या पेज वर प्रवेश दे ण्यात येईल.

❖ Warning – During the examination if you switch to another tab a warning

pop-up such as Browser: Out of Focus will appear and your exam will get
submitted automatically without any further intimation.
चेतावणी - परीक्षेदरम्यान जर तुम्ही दस
ु -या टॅ बकडे वळलात तर ब्राऊजर: आऊट
ऑफ फोकस हदसेल आणण तुमची परीक्षा पुढील कुठलीही सूचना न दे ता संपुष्ट्टात
येईल.

1. Candidate’s Information
• Candidate’s full name is displayed at top-left of the page.
• पेज च्या वरील डाव्या कोपऱ्यात ववद्यार्थयागचे पूणग नाव हदसेल
2. Timer
• Your remaining exam time will be displayed at top-right of the page.
• आपला परीक्षेत उरलेला वेळ आपल्याला तक्रीन च्या वरील उजव्या कोपऱ्यात हदसत राहील

3. Question Information
• Question number, marks for question, bookmark of question is displayed in this
section which appears below the top row.
• प्रश्न क्रमांक, प्रश्नाचे र्ुण, बुकमाकग, हे सवागत वरच्या ओळीत हदसतील
4. Question Description
• This section (light gray box) is the actual question displayed to user.
• र्फक्या राखाडी रं र्ात ववद्यार्थयागस प्रश्न हदसेल.
5. Options पर्यार्
• This section displays all options available for the question displayed above. Candidate
should click on one of the options to mark their answer.
• या भार्ात उत्तराचे सवग पयागय हदसतील. ववद्यार्थयागने स्क्लक करून योग्य पयागय ननवडणे
अपेक्षक्षत आहे .

6. Navigation
• Bottom-center of exam page has four navigation links (First, Previous, Next, Last) to
move across questions.
• परीक्षेच्या पेज वर सवागत खाली मध्यभार्ी असलेल्या First, Previous, Next, Last या कीज
वापरून ववद्यार्थी कोणत्याही प्रश्नावर जाऊ शकेल.
7. Questions, Bookmark
• Bottom-left of the page has three buttons. Clicking on “Questions” buttons shows list
of questions (Explained later).
• पेजच्या सवागत खालील भार्ात डावीकडे “Questions” बटण आहे त. “Questions” स्क्लक
केल्यावर ववद्यार्थयागस प्रश्नांची अनुक्रमणणका हदसेल.

• Clicking on “Bookmark” button adds a bookmark icon to the question in case user
wants to revisit (go back to) the question later.
• “Bookmark” वर स्क्लक केल्यावर तक्रीनवरील प्रश्न बुकमाकग केला जाईल, ज्यायोर्े
ववद्यार्थयागस त्या प्रश्नावर परत जाणे सोयीतकर होईल.
8. Clear and Submit Test
• Bottom-right of the page has two buttons. Clicking on “Clear” deselects/clears the
options for answers selected by the candidate. Clicking on “Submit Test” button
prompts candidate to confirm, whether that candidate wants to Submit/End Test.
• पेजच्या सवागत खालील भार्ात उजवीकडे “Clear” व “Submit test” ही बटणे आहे त. Clear
वर स्क्लक केल्यास ववद्यार्थयागने ननवडलेला पयागय रद्द होऊन त्यास दस ु रा पयागय ननवडता
येईल. Submit test वर स्क्लक केल्यावर लसतटीम ववद्यार्थयागस “तम् ु हाला नक्की टे तट सबलमट
करायची आहे न?” हे इंग्रजीत ववचारे ल, व ववद्यार्थयागने कसफमग केल्यावर त्याची टे तट सबलमट
होईल.

9. Select Option
• Clicking on one of the radio buttons next to option selects and saves
the option for the question displayed. If the option is saved
successfully, a green notification bar confirming save is displayed at top
of the page.

10. Saved Message (संचर्ीत संदेश)
• A green notification bar confirming save is displayed at top of the page. In case of
any error, a red bar appears. Candidate should immediately notify administrators in
case of error.
• प्रश्न सेव्ह करताना काही एरर झाला तर ववद्यार्थयागस लाल रं र्ाचा नोटीफीकेशन बार मध्ये
एरर हदसेल. असा काही एरर आल्यास ववद्यार्थयागने त्वरीत administrator बरोबर संपकग
साधावा
• Candidate should close his browser, post his query on the Support group to get
solution for his query and login again.
• एरर आल्यास ववद्यार्थयागने ब्राउझर बंद करावा, आपली शंका/ अडचण सपोटग ग्रुप वर पोतत
करावी, व अडचण सोडवली र्ेल्यावर पस ु हा लॉर्ीन करावे.

11. Clear Option

• Clicking on “Clear” button deselects/clears the option selected for the displayed
question, if the candidate has selected one. If no option was selected, this button
does not have any effect.
• Clear बटण स्क्लक केल्यास ववद्यार्थयागने ननवडलेला पयागय रद्द होऊन त्याला पुसहा पयागय
ननवडणे शक्य होईल.

13. Questions Button (प्रश्न बटण)

• Clicking on “Questions” button display’s candidates’ responses to each question.
• “Questions” बटण स्क्लक केल्यावर ववद्यार्थयागने प्रत्येक प्रश्नास ननवडलेले पयागय हदसतील.

14. List of Questions (प्रश्नयंची र्यदी)

• This section/table shows all questions along with option selected by the candidate
for each question. It also shows bookmarks if any. Question numbers are clickable
and will take the candidate directly to the clicked question.
• या कोष्ट्टकात ववद्यार्थयागस सारे प्रश्न व त्यांच्या उत्तराचे ववद्यार्थयागने ननवडलेले पयागय
हदसतील. काही प्रश्न बुकमाकग केलेले असतील तर तेही हदसतील. प्रश्न क्रमांकावर स्क्लक
केल्यास ववद्यार्थयागस त्या प्रश्नावर जाता येईल.

17. Submit Button

• Candidate may click on the “Submit Test” button if he/she wants to submit/end the
test before the timer expires. If time expires, the exam will be submitted
automatically, and candidates’ exam is submitted automatically.
• परीक्षेचा पेपर वेळेआधीच सबमिट करावयाचा असल् यास मवद्यार्थ्ााने सबमिट बटण दाबावे.
वेळ संपल् यावर परीक्षेचा पेपर आपोआप सबमिट होईल.

18. Submit Confirmation Message
• A confirmation message is displayed before submitting the test. Candidate should
choose carefully. Tests once submitted cannot be re-opened.
• ववद्यार्थयागने सबलमट बटण दाबल्यास त्याला वरीलप्रमाणे कसफमेशन मेसेज हदसेल. त्याने
कसफमग केल्यावरच परीक्षा सबलमट होईल. एकदय सबमिट झयलेलय पेपर पुन्हय ववद्र्यर्थर्यास
दे तय र्ेणयर नयही.
