Fe-2A™ Buffering Agent

Fe-2A™ buffering agent is a 50% active, liquid version of Benefits

Fe-2™ agent. It can be added to a solution of hydrochloric
acid (HCl) and Fe-1A® pH-control agent to form Fe Acid®
acidizing composition.
Features
Fe-2A buffering agent functions as an iron-chelating agent
in Fe Acid composition, which helps prevent iron
precipitation in solution when acid spends.
When used in Fe Acid composition, Fe-2A buffering agent
has the following benefits:
• It works with Fe-1A® pH-control agent to retain iron
in solution for extended periods of time.
• It is more cost-effective than other iron-sequestering
materials.
