DESIGN BOARD’S SKILL TEST

Greetings to the next generations of 7SEC's Design Board!

We are happy to see you pass the first trial, but to make it into
Aphrodite's house, you need to prove your vision of beauty through
the work of art.

Please show us your ability to put your soul into pictures and videos.

Let's begin the second trial!

- Choose ONE in the three tests below.

- Everything in your final product must be in English.
- Describe the process of creating your artwork to prove that
you are the only creator.
(Which software? How long? The inspiration? When and
where? Any difficulties?...)
- Attach other artworks that describe your skills best. Your
products will be considered as a bonus aspect (optional)

 Instruction to submit your artwork:

1. Create a folder in Google Drive with a title:

[DESIGN BOARD] - Your full name - Student ID
Ex: [DESIGN BOARD] - Nguyễn Lê Gia Huy - 21DH…

Your folder will include:

- Your artwork (PNG/JPG/MP4)
- Your description (should be exported to PDF format)
- Other artwork (optional)

2. Copy the link and paste it into the mail.

(Remember to set the access to “anyone with the link” so we can
see your artwork)

I. Graphic Design: Choose A or B:
A. Design a poster related to the theme of 7SEC’s Recruitment
2022. For example, topics can be about Greece, history,
ancient, etc.

B. Design a poster related to Gotta Talk - a 7SEC's monthly

activity (choose ONE of the two topics below)
Topic:
➢ Express your "color" - Personality
➢ Love for the imperfect things.

Tips and requirements: 

● Your final artwork must be PNG or JPG file.
● All the components (image, text, effect...) in your artwork
should be of high-quality (PNG, SVG, AI formats are
recommended)
● Logo is unnecessary.
● Date, Time, and Location are the required details on your
poster.
● Poster size must match Facebook Image Dimensions 2022.
● All the images included in your artwork should be high-quality
(PNG format is recommended).
● Recommend using 2 or 3 color schemes (optional).
● No limitation in choosing graphic design software or online
design websites to create your artwork.
● Copyright issues are crucial. No watermark is allowed in each
component.

II. Photography: Show us 5 to 7 of your photos that shoot and
edited by you

Tips and requirements:

● All the photos are of the same concept/album from an event.
● All the photos must be of high-quality (JPG format would be
great).
● Highly recommend using a camera for great virtue.

● All the components (image, text, effect...) in your artwork

should be of high-quality (PNG, SVG, AI formats are
recommended)

● Copyright issues are crucial. No watermark is allowed in each

component.

III. Video Editing: Make a video about 7SEC, e.g: 7SEC’s activities
overview in one year, 7SEC's LCRF, 7SEC's Gotta Talks, etc.

Tips and requirements:

● Duration: 1-2 minutes.
● Video format: horizontal (for Facebook platform) or vertical
(for Tiktok platform).
● Video and image sources can be downloaded in high quality
from our fanpage on Facebook.
● All the components (image, text, effect...) in your artwork
should be of high-quality.
● Non-copyrighted sound and background music are demanded.
● Logo is unnecessary.
● Intro, outro, texts, and effects should be included.
● No limitation in choosing video editing software to create your
artwork.
● Copyright issues are crucial. No watermark is allowed in each
component.
