Conversations giving a complainment

Vanessa: "Morning, I want to confirm that there are 10 items that have not been delivered.
Of the 100 items that I ordered, only 90 were sent, please provide accountability"
Sanya : "Good morning, who did I talk to before?"
Vanessa: "I ordered a laptop 2 weeks ago on behalf of Vanes."
Sanya : "Okay, please wait a moment, let me check first"
Sanya : "OK, can you show me the acceptance note, please?"
Vanessa: "Okay, I'll send the proof via email"
Sanya : “Okay Ma'am, I have received the proof. There has been a miss communication
with our team. We apologize for our mistake.”
Vanessa: “But I noticed, how come miss communication happens repeatedly! I am
disappointed to have worked with you guys. totally unprofessional and very disappointing!”
Sanya : “Once again, we apologize on behalf of the team. this will be an evaluation for us.
We will provide compensation in the form of a return guarantee and several units as gifts and
apologies.”
Vanessa: “No need! I don't need that. I only ask for my rights. 10 units only. After that, our
business affairs are done!”
Sanya : "I hope this problem can be resolved peacefully, I-"
Vanessa: SHUT UP! I am here working with you professionally because I am a reseller. The
laptop should have arrived in my client's hands by now. but because of your carelessness I
lost my client! I think everything is enough, thank you”
Sanya : “once again, we apologize, Ma’am. Hopefully this can all improve our performance
as a team. thank you."
