€ 23.75 extra hours between (05.00 – 07.00, 18.00 – 21.00)
€ 28.50 extra hours between 21.00 – 05.00 (Mon – Fri), Saturday up
to 21.00
€ 38.00 extra hours between Saturday 21.00 – Monday 05.00, incl.
public holidays
No. of Hours: 40 hrs per week guaranteed
48 - 55 hrs per week expected (not guaranteed)
Estimated NET Pay: Your estimated NET pay based on a 48 hour week (208
hours/month) is € 3,170 (approx. €15.25/hour) excluding holiday
pay

NET holiday pay is estimated at € 2.00 / hr

Holiday pay is paid when holidays are taken or at the end of the
assignment. Holiday payments will depend on the amount of
holiday pay accrued at time of holiday.

Oradeo will guarantee Gross Wages, but cannot guarantee NET


wages as this is dependent on your personal tax circumstances.
Accommodation: Accommodation can be provided by Oradeo if required, refer to
Ground Support Service Charges section for further details.
Candidates are free to organise and use their own accommodation.

If you choose to use Oradeo for the provision of accommodation a


separate agreement with Oradeo will be signed prior to you
departing for this assignment.
Accommodation Provision During Where accommodation is being provided to the employee at a zero
Periods of Unauthorised Absence cost value as stated in this logistics agreement, during periods of
unauthorised absence (as defined in the employee handbook), the
employee will have to make a contribution for the accommodation
costs during this period of unauthorised absence at a rate of €30
(Thirty Euros) or the equivalent amount in local currency per
calendar day of that absence. Where the absence occurs on a
Friday, the employee will also be deducted for the daily costs for
Saturday and Sunday and any remaining days until they return to
their place of work. Should the employee be dismissed/terminated
from their position and fail to vacate the property in a timely
fashion then the employee will be charged for all days spent in the
accommodation until such time as they vacate the premises.
Transport: A pool vehicle can be supplied by Oradeo for duration of the
contract to allow employee/employees to travel from
accommodation to the worksite, the car may not be used for
private use.
ASSIGNMENT PARTICULARS DETAILS

T’s & C’s for usage of same are to be signed prior to use.
Driver: All drivers, must have full valid driving license.
Insurance: Insurance for the vehicle will be provided, should an accident occur
where the driver is at fault or negligent the excess payment on the
policy may be deducted from monies owed to the driver.
Fuel: Fuelling of the vehicle will be via company supplied fuel cards or
vouchers, any fuel purchased must be accounted for by way
retaining any and all receipts.
Ground Support Services Charge: Zero
Travel In/out of assignment: As arranged by Oradeo.
Travel Deductions: In the event you leave the project before its completion, all travel
costs will be deducted from your final wage.
Rotation Travel: Not applicable
Holiday Travel: Not provided by Oradeo, any holidays flights/transfers must be
booked and paid for by the worker.
Training/Certification Required: BSN, VCA, IPAF, manual handling, Electrical Qualification and trade
experience.
Training Costs: In the event the worker doesn’t have the required training, Oradeo
will book same. Costs of Training arranged will be deducted from
your wages. The worker is free to organise this training themselves
Notice Period: 0 – 12 weeks – no notice
12 – 26 weeks – 5 calendar days
26 – 52 weeks – 10 calendar days
52 – 78 weeks – 14 calendar days

All notice must be given in writing/email to your Oradeo contact;


notice becomes effective upon close of business that day that
written confirmation is given
Sick/Unable to Attend Work: Employee must inform Oradeo contact within 30 mins of shift start
time, Oradeo does not provide sick pay
Absences for more than one day require a sick note from a medical
practitioner
Tools: Basic electricians toolkit
PPE: Worker must bring their own Safety Boots and work clothing, all
other PPE will be provided.
Pay Schedule: Monthly in arrears, paid on or before 15 th day of the following
month
Wage Advance: Not permissible.
Contracts of Employment: Will be issued by Oradeo prior to commencement of employment.
