Unit-1 & Offsite:

 Mill-A seal air fan-B module hot spot detected by EMD, change over done from B to A. Tomorrow it will
be attended

 Mill- C seal air -B coupled trail taken, vibration are on higher side .Seal Air Fan-B Stopped , informed to
BMD. Mill-C seal air fan -B vibrations:

 16.30 hrs St-1 AWRC pump-2 permit cancelled after attending high vibration problem, normalized. trial
could not be taken as sufficient OFL level is there
 Mill-E Permit cancelled after PM jobs, normalization in progress

Unit-2:

o ESP Vacuum Pump-2A2 under PTW from previous shift, PTW cancelled after pump replaced,
Normalized, taken i/s.

Unit-3

 18:00hrs Feeder-K PTW cancelled after replacing eddy current clutch, taken in service @19:57hrs.
 Bunker-K emptying is in progress as fumes are coming
 20:30hrs GT Area sprinkler line leakage attended, PTW cancelled normalization in progress.

Unit-4

 19:12 hrs: Mill E to B c/o done s as RH metal temp was maintaining high(~595 ,reduced to 580)

Unit-5:

 Mill-H lube oil leakage observed from LOP suction. Mill stopped ,leakage attended, kept in service…no
leakage observed.
 Mill-J PTW cancelled, no load vibration and load vibration at 50TPH are normal. However intermittent
sound is coming from roller chamber. Informed to BMD.

Unit-6

 Generator Primary water bushing B-Phase flow low:1.52 M3/Hr. Informed to EMD
