The document discusses the problem of crowding from vehicle traffic in Cairo, Egypt, particularly in old downtown areas. It notes that many buildings lack adequate parking garages for residents, leading owners to rent out ground floors instead and contributing to traffic issues. The solution proposed is to require buildings to set aside half of the ground floor for parking garages to accommodate resident vehicles. Additionally, public parking garages should be built in small and old districts to reduce traffic congestion. The government also needs to develop laws preventing owners and engineers from prioritizing profits over resident safety and comfort. Architecture can help solve crowding and other issues through better planning of buildings and cities.

ID / 1181185 CROWDNES is one of the most famous issue that we face in all times . Crowdness specially in traffic could harm a lot of people ,so we should solve this problem by any fields especially architecture field . Many district in cairo like old down town is exposed of crowdness of the parking cars.
Many examples of buildings I see didn’t have any garage or
parking that can afford the need of the residents . Many of engineers and owners of building exploit the ground floor to make them for rent or take part of any profitable project that make profit return without thinking of how crowdnness of car will be done by residents that cause traffic and disable of any emergencies such as ambulance or fire rescue to small areas , also parking many cars on the streets for long time cause pollution problem like trash around them that increase the rate of population . Parking cars in the streets exposed to many traffic and crowdnness cause harm to these cars and damage.
I think the solution of this problem is to make the best use of
buildings and keep the ground floor as a garage , we can take half of the floor as a shops or stores or whatever who make a profit return . And also make a public garage in small areas and old district to avoid traffic and crowdnness , also government should put an end to this issue by develop laws that prevent owners from exploit buildings and engineers from looking about the profit more than the safety of comfort of the residents .
In the conclusion architecture could solve many of problems
and should take part of many solutions of issues like crowd and global warming . 2 Crowdnness of streets Best use of buildings Car parking
