League Participation Agreement

(Registration NLT March 1, 2011) This League Participation Agreement (Agreement) is by and between the Undersigned Post Graduate or Preparatory School (Team) and the Southern Preparatory Athletic Association (SPAA). The undersigned Team hereby agrees to participate in the SPAAs 2011/2012 season (Dates Spanning July 1, 2011 June 30, 2012) upon the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. The Team agrees that it will adhere to all SPAA rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, the payment of the SPAA 2011/2012 annual dues in the amount of $250.00, which shall be due and payable no later than September 30, 2011. The Team understands that the annual dues and the membership fee are non-refundable. Payment of the annual dues shall be made payable to SPAA. The Team further understands that it is responsible and agrees to submit a signed academic eligibility letter for all team players to the SPAA prior to participating in any SPAA sanctioned games. In consideration of the Teams agreement to be bound by the terms of this League Participation Agreement and the SPAA rules and regulations, the SPAA hereby agrees to provide the following benefits and services to the Team throughout the term of the SPAA 2011/2012 season:

1) Official recognition as a member of the Southern Preparatory Athletic Association; 2) Scheduling of a regular season region schedule of games; 3) Opportunity to compete for the SPAA Conference Championship determined via the SPAA Region finish; 4) Full access to the Official SPAA website (www.spaassociation.webs.com) We will enter each team on SPAA website for the purpose of tracking rosters, player stats*, player bios, team schedules & results, conference standings, team website access, and team contact information; (*Not all features will be immediately available) 5) Participation in the Official SPAA Fundraising Programs; 6) Participation in the benefits of all Official SPAA Sponsorship programs and 7) Opportunity to obtain Official SPAA Consultation on program management issues.
