REWITEC® G5

Treatment of Manual-/Automatic Transmissions/Gearboxes and

Differential Gearboxes (up to an oil volume of 5 litres)
Thank you for having purchased one of our innovative products! The REWITEC® coating concentrate will smooth out worn
metal surfaces and partially restore them, provided they have been subjected to normal wear and not have been destroyed
mechanically. Should your gear oil contain additives (as e.g. Teflon, Molybdenum or similar), we recommend that you carry
out an oil change beforehand. By using the worlwide approved REWITEC® G5 with new recipe and patented metal-silicate
technology you can, amongst others,
• extend the lifespan of your gearbox
• improve the shiftability
• optimise the performance

Application
1. The gearbox or differential should have reached operating temperature, but should, however, have run at least
15 minutes. The REWITEC® G5 should have room temperature.
2. Open the gearbox/differential, place the supplied hose to the injection appliance and draw approx. 30ml oil from the
gearbox/differential. Now draw the plunger of the injection appliance back to the stop enabling air to get into the
injection appliance.
3. Shake the injection appliance well for about 1 minute, enabling the oil to mix well with the concentrate.
4. Subsequently press the whole contents of the injection appliance into the gear/differential and close the opening.
5. Subsequently drive the vehicle for about 15 minutes and change into all gears.
6. The treatment will have been finished after approx. 1,500 km (do not carry out an oil change during this time).

Must not be handled by children. Do not drink the liquid. Avoid skin contact. May be slightly irritating to the eyes.
