Customer Support & Administrative Assistant from my time at Clicklease Costa Rica and

Previous Customer service and Operations Experience: In my previous experience as a


Customer Advisor and Administrative assistant at Clicklease, I collaborated with the support
team through platforms including Salesforce and Excel. Prepare complete and accurate work
including appropriately notating accounts as required. Ability to learn including strong
problem-solving skills. Understand problems that vendors and clients are facing, categorize,
document, and decide on a course of action on when and to whom to Escalate. I also participate
in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

Collaboration, Priority, and Adaptability Skills: Throughout my experiences, I’ve


collaborated with both internal and external stakeholders to present data regarding our business
models. By doing so, I created stronger relationships with senior level executives and
organizations including finance, retail, and sales. I’ve worked on multiple projects at once and
exceeded expectations in each of my roles.
