    I am writing this letter to inform you that I am taking one week leave of absence
    from my work, starting Monday May 02, 2022. The reason of my absence is that I’ll be
    having a business meeting in Canada.
    I will be assigning Mr. Alex T. Chua, the Chief Operating Officer, to be the
    officer-in-charge of the company. If any concerns will arise, Mr. Chua will accommodate
    all of them.
    Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you or if you need extra
    help while I'm away. Thank you for your patience.
