    FINDINGS:-
    Maintained lumbar lordotic curve.
    Normal osseous texture of the vertebral bodies and neural arches.
    Preserved disc spaces.
    No radiographic evidence of gross facet arthropathy.
    No abnormal paraspinal soft tissue shadow.
    Normal appearance of both sacroiliac joints.

    IMPRESSION:-
    Status with history of post full down for one weeks ago, current
    examination reveals:
    Normal lumbosacral X- Ray with normal alignment, no obvious
    fracture line, no pars interarticular defect.
