    EXTENSION OF PAYMENT DEADLINE


    FOR EMPLOYERS IN AREAS AFFECTED
    BY THE EARTHQUAKE IN MINDANAO

    In relation to National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management


    Council (NDRRMC) Advisory dated October 16,2019 on the Earthquake
    Information No. 03 regarding Ms. 6.3 Earthquake in Tulunan (North
    Cotabato), please be advised that the deadline for payment of
    premium contribution for the applicable month of September 2019
    for employers in the Formal Sector shall be extended until October 31,
    2019 in all provinces of Mindanao.

    Further inquiries may be referred to the PhilHealth Call Centers at (02)


    8441-7442 or through any of the PhilHealth Regional and Local Health
    Insurance Offices.
