    AVAILABILITY OF STORAGE FOR


    HEALTH CARE INSTITUTIONS
    To improve the process of transmission and for all Health Care Institutions (HCIs)
    to immediately know the status of attachments being transmitted, PhilHealth
    is providing storage for claims attachments to HCIs. All HCIs shall transmit their
    attachments to PhilHealth provided storage and coordinate with their Information
    Technology (IT) developers for the necessary adjustments in their information
    systems.

    PhilHealth Regional Offices (PROs) will provide orientation to their respective HCIs,
    provide guidelines and release the corresponding technical specifications starting
    October 21, 2019. Storage service shall be available starting December 2, 2019 for
    testing. The HCIs shall then provide feedback on the status of their development
    afterwards.
