DATA RECORDS OF ACCREDITED EXPANDED PRIMARY CARE BENEFIT (EPCB) PROVIDERS This is to remind all currently accredited EPCB providers with installed Expanded Primary Care System (eXPS) to submit the encoded EPCB report to the nearest Local Health Insurance Office (LHIO) on or before December 31, 2019. These reports can be extracted in eXPS using the XML file format as stated in Section VI of the Expanded Primary Care Benefit System User Guide. The EPCB report shall be the basis for the accomplishment of agreed performance targets which constitute the remaining 40% of the capitation.
