    TERMINATION OF ACCESS TO eClaims


    WEB SERVICE 2.4 (eCWS 2.4)

    To ALL Health Care Institutions

    Please be informed that all access to eClaims Web Service (eCWS)


    Version 2.4 shall be terminated on January 15, 2020. Hence, all
    accredited Health Care Institutions (HCIs) are advised to ensure that
    their software applications are already connected to eCWS 2.5.

    To be able to access the eCWS 2.5, cipher keys for all facilities
    have already been pre-generated. HCIs who have not received
    their cipher keys yet can directly coordinate with the PhilHealth
    UPECS-EMR Team at upecsemr@philhealth.gov.ph.
