TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. Buyer commits to pay Greenfield Development Corporation all incidental expenses pertaining to the request and not limited to
the reprinting costs, as follows:

Floor Plan, Computation Sheet 1,000.00 (Php)
Deed Restrictions 2,500.00 (Php)
Contract-to-Sell 2,500.00 (Php)
Deed of Sale 5,000.00 (Php)

2. Buyer may only request for account restructuring or change of payment term not more than twice for every account under
his/her name.
3. Buyer’s submission of this Form does not vary, alter, change, revise or modify the terms and conditions of the reservation
Agreement, Contract to Sell and other documents (hereinafter referred to as the Documents) executed between Buyer and Seller
relating to the Purchase of the abovementioned Property. Therefore, the terms and conditions stated in the Documents remain
valid, effective and enforceable.
4. Buyers Request Form will not be processed until all documentary requirements and reprinting fees have been complied with.
5. Therefore, Buyer will continue to strictly and faithfully comply with all the terms and conditions of the Documents, which
includes making payments on the due dates stated in all Documents pending the Request.
6. In the absence of any written notice regarding the Buyer’s Request Form, Greenfield Development Corporations shall have the
right to cancel the Documents due to non-payment and/or partial payments of the amortizations and other amounts on the due
date, failure, neglect, refusal, delay or non-performance of all other obligations or for other causes stated in the Documents.
7. Greenfield Development Corporation shall have written notice on the approval or disapproval of my request.
8. All representations made by the real estate broker/agent or other person (if any) regarding my request shall not affect and not
bind Greenfield Development Corporation unless the same is in writing and signed by Greenfield development Corporation’s duly
authorized officer or representative.
9. In case of approval of this Request, Buyer shall submit, sign or execute all documents and papers, comply with existing rules,
regulations and policies of Greenfield Development Corporation, and perform all acts necessary and required to implement
said approved Request. Failure, neglect, refusal, delay or non-performance on my part to comply shall render said approved
request ineffective and invalid. Hence, the terms and conditions stated in the documents shall remain in full force and effect.
10. In case of disapproval of my request, all terms and conditions stated in the Documents shall remain in full force and effect.
11. For approved or disapproved requests, I hereby release, discharge and waive any and all claims and actions of whatever kind
and nature, expected, real or apparent, which the Buyer may have against Greenfield Development Corporation, its
directors, officers, employees, agents and clients by reason of or arising from this BRF, Buyer shall not institute any action or
claim, whether civil, criminal, or administrative, against Greenfield Development Corporation, its directors , officers,
employees, and agents.

Buyer herein certifies that he has read and understood all the contents of this form and voluntarily agrees to the terms thereof.
