RESOLUTION FOR THE MODE OF IDENTIFICATION, POLICIES AND GUIDELINES

OF THE MEMBERS WHO CAN RUN AND VOTE IN ANY POSITIONS OF THE UPPER
PUROK 16 RURAL WATERWORKS AND SANITATION ASSOCIATION, INC.

WHEREAS, in the Constitution and By-Laws of Rural Waterworks and Sanitation

Association, Inc. declares in Article 1 - Section 4, Paragraph (b) the Duties and
Obligations of the Members to attend all meetings and seminars that may be prescribed by
the Board of Directors;

WHEREAS, in Article 1 - Section 6, Paragraph (a) “Any member may withdraw

from membership upon compliance with such uniform term and conditions as the Board may
prescribe. The Board, through a resolution may by the affirmative vote of not less than two-
thirds of all members of the Board, expel any member who fails to comply with any of the
provisions of the articles of incorporation, by laws, or rules and regulation adopted by the
Board but only if such member shall have been given written notice by the Association and
such failure shall have continued for at least ten days after such notice was given that such
failure makes him liable to expulsion”;

WHEREAS, these are the following identification presented during the General
Assembly, to viz:

(a) MEMBER - Only have a membership fee;

(b) CONSUMER - Only have a membership fee and duly consumes water;
(c) DULL MEMBER - Only have a membership fee, RWSA Certificate and NOTHING
consumes water;
(d) MEMBER-CONSUMER - Must have a membership fee, RWSA Certificate, duly
consumes water, and have NO DUAL ACCOUNT (RWSA & GSCWD);

WHEREAS, the majority number of the attendees during the General Assembly
together with the Board Of Directors (BODs) duly approved, that only the MEMBER-
CONSUMER which is stated above can run and vote during election of Upper Purok 16
Rural Waterworks and Sanitation Association, Inc.

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of BOD Alfredo C. Lapinid, for joint sponsorship, duly
seconded by the body, be it -

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, for the mode of Identification, Policies and

Guidelines of the members who can run and vote in any positions of the Upper Purok 16
Rural Waterworks and Sanitation Association, Inc.
