Justification for the layout design

The idea of hotel design is based on long-standing customs of hospitality to visitors, and
many kinds of hotels have evolved throughout various cultures. One of the most crucial
factors for a hotel is how the hotel looks overall. It should be eye-catching, represent the local
architecture, and have a distinct personality that matches the services offered by the hotel.

As for our design of the hotel, we are placing some art nouveau vibe which large expanses of
glass offered a strong visual connection between the interior areas and the outside world,
while the building's simple shapes of brick and stone plainly indicated the division of space
within the structure. In order to introduce something fresh, the style essentially sought to
repudiate prior architectural trends. Besides, there is also innovative architecture that is
introduced the use of materials, like stone, wood, and copper, with familiar and sympathetic
tactile qualities, and the building of moulding spaces with the finest complexity, great care in
the distribution of light.

Moreover, finances had a crucial role in the design of the hotel. The management of finances
and the availability of ready capital are important factors that should be properly taken into
account while designing hotels. Any project's viability and profitability must be assessed
through an accurate costing. Any funding institution will consider an entrepreneur based on
the project's estimated costs. The developer would find it challenging to secure the additional
funds needed to complete the project in the event of any cost overruns, which typically causes
delays in time, and cash flow. The cost of capital must therefore be accurately determined.

For the efficiency of our hotel design project, we will be using the modular type of
construction. This is the most current and promising development in hotel building
construction. When compared to the conventional construction process, the technology has
reduced construction time and expenses by 40%. This technique involves building the room
units separately and lowering them into the location with the aid of cranes. Buildings are
comparatively inexpensive, time-saving, soundproof, and fire resistant.

Furthermore, for operations to continue, inputs must be available on a consistent basis, in the
proper quantity, and of the right quality. To assure the availability of crucial inputs, the
company needs whenever necessary enter into supply contracts. In addition, we also will
determine the quality and the advantage of the material that may be used for our hotel
projects. For example, the brick for our hotel project is a block of ceramic or clay that is used
for facing and construction. It can endure longer than stone, is very inexpensive, and resists
heat and humidity. Its colour changes depending on the type of clay used and how it is
arranged in relation to architectural heritage. For use in fireplaces or ovens, certain bricks are
manufactured of specific fireclays.

Besides, we are also will be use fibreglass, due to their lower installed costs than traditional
materials and ease of installation and maintenance, decorative fibreglass architectural
elements are increasingly the top option among building owners and architects for specialized
applications. It also due to various finishes that can be used to imitate wood, stone, terracotta,
concrete, steel, or other materials. In addition, a composite material made of aggregate that
resembles stone and thermoset resins. A hefty material that has the appearance and feel of
stone or concrete may be preferable in applications that involve pedestrian traffic. It also has
many advantages over natural stone, including the fact that it doesn't absorb moisture, grime,
or graffiti. Additionally, lightweight fibreglass panels can be used to make polymer concrete
surfaces that resemble stone.

Next, we are also adding curtain wall which is each exterior wall of each floor is mounted on
an iron or steel frame in this arrangement so that it only supports its own weight and not the
weight of the levels above it. A building may be erected taller and with more glass on the
façade thanks to this construction approach, which also makes a building lighter overall.

Last but not least, we are also plan to use arch design which of these plans don't use any
beams, poles, or trusses and offer a completely usable clear span area. The majority of the
buildings are erected in a few of days due to their simplicity of construction. Compared to
other building forms, these structures feature excellent ventilation and airflow. These
structures have relatively minimal development costs for their HVAC systems, making them
incredibly cost-effective. These structures also require relatively little upkeep and are fire
resistant. Also, the advantage of arch design is that each room has a view and each guest
room's wedge design allows for an extremely big bath and dressing space.
