Sub: Performance Appraisal Report of Contractual Engineers.
‘The Competent Authority in RVNL has decided to obtain Performance
Appraisal Report of all Contractual Engineers working in RVNL every year in the
revised format (Part-I and Part-II) as enclosed. One year period may be treated
from January-December. This report is required to be furnished to Corporate Office
at the end of the each calendar year irrespective of their extension/re-designation
etc.
It is requested to submit the Performance Appraisal Report duly filled up by
the contractual engineers and accepted/countersigned by CPM/GGM/GM working
in the respective PIU for the period ending as on 31.12.20 immediately either
through email at conengg.rvni@gmail.com or e-office to the undersigned for further
necessary action. It is further requested to submit the Performance Appraisal
Report again in the revised format as enclosed, if already sent in the old format for
the said period or fraction of the said period.
