1.1 Background

Background and introduction section provides a description of the basics facts and importance
of the project area and this section answering such questions like what is the project area, the
motivation of the project and how importance is it for the industry practice/knowledge
advancement.
This may be appropriate to lead into a more complex proposal by briefly explaining the reason
for, and the basic elements of, the proposal.

1.2 Statement of the Problem

Problem statement provides a clear and concise description of the issues that need to be
addressed.it asks (what is the specific problem in that project area that you will address?)

1.3 Objective
1.3.1 General Objective

General objective provides a goal to solve the problems that you listed on the statement of the
problem (section 1.2). (Should be related with your title).must be clear and short

1.3.2 Specific Objectives

List of goals that helps to achieve the proposed project.

1.4 Benefit and Beneficiary

What are the benefits/impacts that will be generated if the project problem is answered and the
target group of people, plant and other indirect beneficiaries

This section will have some anther sub_topic under it, but generally, it provides a summary of
previous related project on the project problems and their strength and weakness and a
justification of your project. (What is known/what have been done by others? and. why your
project is still necessary).
