‫‪For a very long time, women remained at home with responsibilities for raising‬‬

‫‪children, as well as cleaning the infield. Firstly, these women lacked education,‬‬
‫‪while only a minimal percentage came through in the high schools. Regardless‬‬
‫‪of these skills, they were still rejected the opportunity to get better jobs as‬‬
‫‪men. However, the current society accepts the encouragement of women to‬‬
‫‪go beyond the borders of the estate and take on responsibilities and jobs to‬‬
‫‪help their families and fight alongside men to create a better future and life‬‬
‫‪for their children and families.‬‬

‫‪Under the current world/economical state, inflation is raising the prices of‬‬
‫‪everything, that’s why it’s hard now for a man to be the only provider of‬‬
‫‪financial support.‬‬

‫‪Women working is allowed in islam, as stated by ibn baz‬‬

‫ال يمنع اإلسالم عمل المرأة وال تجارتها فاهلل جل وعال شرع للعباد العمل وأمرهم به فقال‪:‬‬
‫سولُهُ َوا ْل ُم ْؤ ِمنُونَ [التوبة‪،]105:‬‬‫ع َملَكُ ْم َو َر ُ‬ ‫َّللا َ‬
‫س َي َرى ه ُ‬ ‫َوقُ ِل ا ْع َملُوا فَ َ‬
‫ع َم اال [الملك‪،]2:‬‬ ‫س ُن َ‬‫وقال‪ِ :‬ل َي ْبلُ َوكُ ْم أَ ُّيكُ ْم أَحْ َ‬
‫وهذا يعم الجميع الرجال والنساء‪ ،‬وشرع التجارة للجميع‪ ،‬فاإلنسان مأمور بأن يتجر‬
‫ويتسبب ويعمل سواء كان رجال أو امرأة‪ ،‬قال تعالى‬
‫اض ِم ْنكُ ْم‬‫َارةا ع َْن تَ َر ٍ‬‫اط ِل ِإ هال أَ ْن تَكُونَ تِج َ‬ ‫‪ :‬يَا أَيُّهَا اله ِذينَ آ َمنُوا َال تَأْكُلُوا أَ ْم َوالَكُ ْم بَ ْينَكُ ْم ِبا ْلبَ ِ‬
‫‪[.‬النساء‪ ،]29:‬هذا يعم الرجال والنساء جمي اعا‬
‫ان ِم هم ْن تَ ْرض َْونَ ِمنَ‬ ‫ام َرأَتَ ِ‬‫ش ِهي َدي ِْن ِم ْن ِرجَا ِلكُ ْم َف ِإ ْن لَ ْم يَكُونَا َر ُجلَي ِْن َف َر ُج ٌل َو ْ‬ ‫ش ِهدُوا َ‬ ‫ستَ ْ‬
‫وقال‪َ :‬وا ْ‬
‫سأ َ ُموا‬ ‫ش َهدَا ُء ِإذَا َما ُدعُوا َو َال تَ ْ‬ ‫ب ال ُّ‬ ‫َاء أَ ْن تَ ِض هل ِإحْ دَاهُ َما فَتُذَ ِك َر ِإحْ دَاهُ َما ْاْل ُ ْخ َرى َو َال يَأْ َ‬ ‫ش َهد ِ‬‫ال ُّ‬
‫شهَا َد ِة َوأَ ْدنَى أَ هال تَ ْرتَابُوا ِإ هال‬‫َّللا َوأَ ْق َو ُم ِلل ه‬
‫سطُ ِع ْن َد ه ِ‬ ‫يرا ِإلَى أَ َج ِل ِه ذَ ِلكُ ْم أَ ْق َ‬ ‫يرا أَ ْو َك ِب ا‬ ‫أَ ْن تَ ْكتُبُوهُ َ‬

‫ح أَ هال تَ ْكتُبُو َها [البقرة‪،]282:‬‬ ‫علَ ْيكُ ْم ُجنَا ٌ‬ ‫ْس َ‬ ‫ِيرونَهَا بَ ْينَكُ ْم فَلَي َ‬ ‫َاض َرةا تُد ُ‬ ‫َارةا ح ِ‬ ‫أَ ْن تَكُونَ تِج َ‬
‫وهذا للرجال والنساء‪ .‬فأمر بالكتابة عند الدين وأمر باإلشهاد ثم بين أن هذا كله فيما يتعلق‬
‫ِيرونَهَا‬
‫َاض َرةا تُد ُ‬ ‫بالمداينات‪ ،‬فالكتابة في الدين واإلشهاد عام ثم قال‪ِ :‬إ هال أَ ْن تَكُونَ تِج َ‬
‫َارةا ح ِ‬
‫ح أَ هال تَ ْكتُبُو َها‪ ،‬أما اإلشهاد فيشهد ولهذا قال بعدها‪َ :‬وأَ ْ‬
‫ش ِهدُوا ِإذَا‬ ‫علَ ْيكُ ْم ُجنَا ٌ‬ ‫بَ ْينَكُ ْم فَلَي َ‬
‫ْس َ‬
‫‪.‬تَبَايَ ْعتُ ْم‬
،‫ والتجارة للرجال والنساء‬،‫ فالكتابة للرجال والنساء في الدين‬،‫فهذا كله يعم الرجال والنساء‬
‫ ولكن‬،‫ فيشهدون على بيعهم ويشهدون في تجاراتهم وكتاباتهم‬،‫واإلشهاد للرجال والنساء‬
‫ وهذا يعم الرجال‬،‫التجارة الحاضرة ال حرج في عدم كتابتها؛ ْلنها تنقضي وال يبقى لها علق‬
‫والنساء جميعاا‬.
‫وهكذا ما جاء في النصوص يعم الرجال والنساء كحديث النبي ﷺ حيث قال عليه الصالة‬
:‫والسالم‬
‫ فإن صدقا وبينا بورك لهما في بيعهما وإن كتما وكذبا محقت‬،‫البيعان بالخيار ما لم يتفرقا‬

‫وقال للا‬
: ‫] يعني للجميع‬275:‫الربَا [البقرة‬ ُ ‫وأَ َح هل ه‬.

But now almost all girls finish their education and complete collage and have dreams
and ambitions to become successful women in the community and reach higher
places. The recent number of girls that didn’t complete their education worldwide is
only 130 million. That’s about 3% of girls around the globe. Even after marriage they
try so hard to keep their jobs to stay successful in life and don’t waste years of
education. For example The percentage of working women globally has increased
from 34% in 1950 to about 57% today

The median male salary in 2021 was $50,391, 27%

higher than the median female salary of $36,726.

households are $5,577, according to the most recent
Consumer Expenditure Survey from the U.S. Bureau

so that makes the median male make around 4200 $
per month which is below the average spending
 (using the USA as an example)

of the children.

Women working along side men has a lot of advantages and

disadvantages here are a few:
Some of the advantages of women working:
• Two-income families are likely to have less financial stress.

• Better handling of debt.

• The benefit will be enjoyed by the children, who worry about the
family's finances.
 • Higher quality daycare, early education and private school can be
achieved with more money.

• Families can obtain better health care, save more for their children's
college education,

• enjoy more nights out as a family and take more frequent vacations that
are nicer and longer than they might otherwise be able to afford.

• And women can also create a social circle of their own which can be very
useful.

• Here are some reasons of how working is important for women emotionally :

• Working boosts self-confidence, gives you the courage to participate in

important family decisions as an equal.

• The biggest positive thing for women is financial independence.

• In case of divorce , they don't have to be dependent on anyone for material

needs for them and their children.

• Getting out of their household chores routine and socialize by meeting new
people (such as co-workers), and making new friends , this boost mental
health and become stress-free and more cheerful.

• Working mothers feel secure and confident so they represent a great role
model for their children , specifically if the working hours are flexible and have
enough time with their children.

For the most part, women working should not affect their children, and it
should be a big priority for the parents in general to have everyday time with
their children, that goes for the father AND the mother.

Mostly everything in life has advantages and disadvantages, that is no

different here.

Here are some disadvantages of women working:

• One of the more noticeable cons of women working is having less time
with the family, during the childes “imprint period” from 0-7 were the
child is sensitive and should be well taken care of, the parents should
priorities time with their child over any extra work.

• Another con will be parents bringing stress from work and trying to
relief it on each other in a negative manner.

• Thirdly the accumulation of house hold chores which might fall on the
parents back, specially the women.

• Another important con is the difficulty of keeping track of the children’s

friends, and what he watches or is interested in.

• Actually women that are forced to stay at home suffer from stress , anxiety,
depression, and fear from the future.

In conclusion in the current world, it’s hard for a family to rely on only
one person, there should be more than one working member in the
family, either mother and father, son and father, mother and daughter.

In addition, we believe that women working like men has a lot of

advantages and disadvantages, and people from all around of the world
should put them into consideration.

To support and stabilize a family in the modern world.
