Dear Sir,

Sub: Request for Tax Exemption on the Bhagavad Gita Prachar Vehicle and Registration of
the bus under Personal Category instead of Commercial.

We, from International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON), Ranchi has purchaseda Bus for
the purpose of distributing the Bhagavad Gita in each and every village of Jharkhand. The present-
day society is bereft of the spiritual knowledge and values which are our actual heritage and glory of
India. Because of this the society is suffering from all kind of problems like drug addition, lack of
values in the children etc.

In order to promote the Knowledge of Bhagavad Gita we have procured a bus only for this purpose
such that a team of people will go to every village and propagate the message of Bhagavad Gita.
This Bus consists of a small temple and Book Stall at the backside to showcase the Bhagavad Gita
and other important Vedic literatures.

We request you to Exempt this bus from the Quarterly/Yearly Tax that DTO would charge on the
commercial buses and register this bus under the private category. The Bus details are as follows
