assignment. Alhamdulillah, Praise be to Allah that I managed to successfully complete this work

1.0 INTRODUCTION

Shamira Muhammad, also known as Shuib Sepahtu, is a person who perseveres despite
obstacles and is a good example of this. Before finding success with his company, BubbleBee
Sdn. Bhd., Shuib tried several ventures, all of which failed. Among them were the coffee
business, which didn't do well enough for him to keep all the products, and the date business,
which received so little support that the sold dates became mouldy, and now Shuib managed to
expand his business with BubbleBee.

Citing the goal that his company wants to reach, BubbleBee aspires to gain global
recognition while maintaining its modesty and expanding its global footprint. I gather from this
vision that Shuib is a patient person who takes lessons from his past mistakes. For instance,
Shuib started the BubbleBee company by simply opening a small, modestly furnished shop with
the shop. However, the BubbleBee fabric has garnered so much interest that his artist friends are
now interested in starting a new BubbleBee branch. As a result, BubbleBee has amassed a large
following and now operates 43 locations across Malaysia.

2 ANALYSIS OF LEADER

2.1 EARLY LIFE

Beginning with a challenging family situation, Shuib lived with his grandmother until he
was 17 years old. Additionally, he did not receive a good education because he preferred to assist
the villagers with their work and profit from it. Together with the Sepah group, Shuib won the
Raja Lawak comedy show in 2009, and in 2011, they triumphed in the Maharaja Lawak Mega
show. After finding success in the comedy industry, he decided to venture into business.
Although he initially failed, he got back up and eventually established himself in the industry
with his company, BubbleBee.

2.2 EDUCATION

Being from a low-income family, Shuib's education only goes as far as the SPM level. He
received his education at SMK Sri Kurau and Bagan Serai Technical High School in Perak.

2.3 CAREER

With his former group, Sepah, which also featured Jep and Mamat and won the
competition, Shuib started his comedy career as a contestant on Raja Lawak's third season. Shuib
and Jep left Sepah, though, and Sepah was disbanded. Then Shuib and Jep started a brand-new
organization called Sepahtu.

Together with Sepahtu Shuib, they performed in the Maharaja Lawak Mega show in
2013, but they came in second place the following year. In 2015, he and Sepahtu broadened their
horizons by creating the television sitcom Sepahtu Reunion. The show was improved and

changed to Sepahtu Reunion Live, which is still airing today, but Shuib has left the show
following the death of his beloved wife.

In 2015, through the Sepahtu Sinar segment, Shuib, Jep, and Rahim R2 became Sinar
radio presenters, launching his radio career. However, he left Sinar after just two years of
employment.

In addition to his work in entertainment, Shuib also has a background in business. In

2019, he and his wife Siti Sarah founded the Bubble Bee chain of bee honey milk tea shops,
where they both sit on the board of directors.

His duet with his wife on the song "Semakin Benci Semakin Cinta," which was produced
by Ajai and released in June 2021, demonstrates his musical talent.

2.4 PERSONAL LIFE

Shahmira bin Muhamad, real name, was born in Johor Bahru at Sultanah Aminah
Hospital. He is the only child and the only sibling in the family. On September 12, 1984, he was
born. On February 26, 2011, he wed singer Siti Sarah Raissuddin. Four children have been
bestowed upon this couple. Shuib and Siti Sarah joined hands on February 26, 2017, to
commemorate their sixth wedding anniversary. On August 9, 2021, Siti Sarah passed away at
HUKM from a COVID-19 infection, though. Shuib lacks the ability to see colour. He also enjoys
motoring; in 2019, he modified a motorcycle with the Yamaha brand that was popular with
teenagers at the time.

2.5 AWARD AND RECOGNITION

 The only international standard award BubbleBee received in 2021 was for Lifestyle
Beverage Brand of the Year from the Made For The World Excellence Awards. BubbleBee is a
young company with few awards to its name. Even though this company hasn't received many
accolades, its growth has been very rapid. As proof, BubbleBee opened 432 branches across
Malaysia in just three years, which is a very good advancement and has also indirectly helped
BubbleBee get closer to the vision they want to realize.

3 LEADERSHIP STYLES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS LEADER

Path-Goal theory can be applied to Shamira Bin Muhammad leadership style. The theory states
that a leader’s job is to clear the way for their employees to achieve their goals. Shuib certainly
employs this strategy. Shuib takes two leadership styles which is supportive and participative. He
knows to be supportive and take a step back when his employees are running with an idea. If an
employee is struggling with creativity or risk taking, Shuib becomes participative and provides a
welcoming learning environment where employees can grow.

Furthermore, Shuib use a transformational leadership style, in which they inspire and excite
employees to high levels of performance. Shuib challenges employees to work at the high of
their imagination and pursue even the wildest of ideas and has continued to grow an environment
in which risks are acceptable and encouraged. This transformational leadership style was
instilled in the company by Bubble Bee himself.

Finally implement leadership style is very important to the company because it relies heavily on
the innovation and creativity of each employee. Through his path-goal theory and
transformational leadership style, Shuib encourages creativity and innovation in his employees
through support and empowerment, which is exactly what the company needs to continue to be
an entertainment powerhouse.

4 CONCLUSION

Along his way, I can summarize to become a successful person in business, need to consistently
proceed till the end with the amazing talent that already owns. It can relate to story of Bubble
Bee business have an ability to provide a similar brand experience around the Malaysia from
simple’s products to stores. Challenges may come up at any time in the corporate world and as a
great leader, you must be able to handle them with knowledge and wisdom. However, after
completing this report, I can learn and gain more knowledge about the leadership which is the
capacity to motivate a team for achieve a common objective. Most people use their leadership
traits to do this. Leaders motivate followers to be committed and dedicated to reaching goals.
The interaction of the leader, follower and environment is a result in the leadership.
