You must know how to maintain crowd control during an emergency. You must:
Control of the situation allows an orderly evacuation and the continuous use of corridors, stairs, ladders
and passageways.
Communicating with passengers:
Communication plays central role in maintaining safety and order. You should sound: Calm, in charge and
reassuring in your statements.
Identifying the need for assistance early will avoid potential problems in an emergency. Such as basic
access needs and evacuation routes.
Special needs cabins are noted in the evacuation plan and in the evacuation plan.
