You must know how to maintain crowd control during an emergency. You must:

reassuring in your statements.

You need to actively identify passengers in need of assistance:

evacuations of persons with a disability.

You should be familiar with the procedures for


alerting passengers in need of assistance as well as
for locating and rescuing passengers trapped in
their cabins.

Identifying the need for assistance early will avoid potential problems in an emergency. Such as basic
access needs and evacuation routes.

Special needs cabins are noted in the evacuation plan and in the evacuation plan.
