The source of recruitment:
- There are many sources of recruitment. There are three types of
sources considered the best sources in this case :
1- Recruiting via the internet such as ( LinkedIn, wuzzuf and
forsana) , because the most employers find that the internet is
their best choice for recruitment efforts that will lead to immediate
applicant responses that help the company to choose the applicant
easily and fast and that helps to automation of applicant tracking
and evaluating without any cost on the company and the
personal information privacy will not concerns of applicant
because he will start a new job with a few experience so he need
this job immediately.
2- Recruitment agencies such as (tawzef ) it will save more time.
The recruitment agencies considered a specialist recruitment
knowledge, can access to talented jobseekers at the end they can
find suitable employees for this job
3- Finally college recruiting involves sending employers’
representatives campus to pre-screen applicants and create an
applicant pool of management trainees, promotable candidates,
and professional and technical employees and it will helpful on-
site visits that will extend to good candidates. At the end when he
graduated he will be experienced well and ready for the job and
already have been known the policy and the culture about the
company.
