About the job:
- Any real estate company need a qualified real estate agent to help
the company to sell its apartment in a professional way and smart,
through knowing-well what the customers exactly needs according
to their budget. Real estate agent is responsible for also
communicate with customers after sales to follow up them about
anything they want as informations, complaints and any conflict
faces them.
Real estate agent is considered the mirror of the company and
reflects its attitude and behaviour and how it’s professionally deals
with their customers that way differentiate the reputation of our
company to other companies.
Real estate agent job description:
1- Dealing with customers complaints and handling them according to the
policy of the company.
2- Handling the customers in professional way and gain their trust.
3- Determine clients need to propose solutions that suits them.
4- Dealing with clients through phones or face to face.
5- Remain knowledgeable about real estate market.
6- Escalate the complaints to the team leader.
7- Offering a new apartment if the client has an issue with his current
one.
8- Communicate with new customers and illustrate any information
they might need after sales.
9- Negotiating the terms of a new agreement and complete the deal if
the existing customer need a new apartment.
10- Follow up daily with clients’ complaints and redirect complaints to
the specialized department.
11- Submit performance activities, listing and requests on CRM.
12- Do daily reports to the team leader.

The real estate agent job specifications:

Education:
- Bachelor degree of business administration or any related field is
required.
- Good command at (Excel, PowerPoint)

Knowledge:
- Spoken English and written fluency.
- Business administration and management especiallymarketing and
sales.
- Real estate market.
Skills:
- Verbal skills: A good real estate agent speaks clearly and confidently
with clients.
- Written communications skills: preparing professional emails.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Active listening skills: The real estate agent must listen well to clients
to ensure he understand what the clients’ needs.
- Problem solving skills.
- Sales skills.
- Work under pressure

Abilities:
- Ability to convince and handling the clients according their needs.
- Ability to negotiation the contract with clients.
- Ability to take right action in short time.
- Ability to handling conflicts that face the clients.- Speech clarity and
professionally to deliver the full information to the clients.
- Ability to learn and use ERP systems.
- Experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience in this field.
Work context:
- Office work: from 9 a.m to 5 p.m
- Might require to visit projects

forsana) , because the most employers find that the internet is
their best choice for recruitment efforts that will lead to immediate
applicant responses that help the company to choose the applicant
easily and fast and that helps to automation of applicant tracking
and evaluating without any cost on the company and the
personal information privacy will not concerns of applicant
because he will start a new job with a few experience so he need
this job immediately.
2- Recruitment agencies such as (tawzef ) it will save more time.
The recruitment agencies considered a specialist recruitment
knowledge, can access to talented jobseekers at the end they can
find suitable employees for this job
3- Finally college recruiting involves sending employers’
representatives campus to pre-screen applicants and create an
applicant pool of management trainees, promotable candidates,
and professional and technical employees and it will helpful on-
site visits that will extend to good candidates. At the end when he
graduated he will be experienced well and ready for the job and
already have been known the policy and the culture about the
company.
