Description of Research Instrument; Questionnaire and Interview


As the source of primary data, a questionnaire was conducted the contents of the questionnaire
are open and closed ended questions. Forty (40) online google docs questionnaires were
distributed out and five (5) days were given to each person in order to give everyone sufficient
time to complete the questionnaire. This research instrument was used because the questionnaire
is more time efficient so persons can answer in their own time. And more information will be
obtained from the questionnaires. The researcher sent out the interview on - and received it
back on - and the info was analyzed and put into graphs and charts.
An interview was conducted by the researcher to interview individuals with questions that are in
line with the issue and objectives. The questions asked are similar to the questions in the
questionnaire the questions were formulated to suit the persons being interviewed. The interview
was recorded in order to transcribe and analyze the responses later. The researcher interviewed
individuals on - and the responses were analyzed and put into charts and graphs.
