Particle size Take this product, use dynamic light scattering method or classic light method to determine (such
as using Malvern laser scattering particle size analyzer, the recommended parameters are absorption rate 0~0.01,
refractive index 1.47~1.52, shading degree 5~10%), Light intensity average particle size or volume average particle
size should be less than 0.5μm; take this product separately and measure it with a particle size analyzer based on
photoresist or photoreduction principle of choliton optical sensing technology, within the range of 2~50μm, by
weight calculation, milk particles larger than 5μm shall not exceed 0.05% of the oil phase.
Free fatty acid Take about 0.1795g of palmitic acid reference substance, accurately weigh it, place it in a 100ml
measuring flask, add n-heptane to dissolve and dilute to the mark, shake it well, and use it as a reference substance
solution. Accurately measure 1ml each of this product and the reference solution, put them into 20ml test tubes with
stoppers, add 5.0ml of isopropanol-n-heptane-0.5mol/L sulfuric acid solution (40:10:1) mixture, shake for 1 Minutes,
let stand for 10 minutes. Accurately add 3ml each of n-heptane and water to the test solution tube, accurately add 2ml
of n-heptane and 4ml of water to the reference solution tube, close the tube, turn it up and down 10 times, and let it
stand for at least 15 minutes to separate. Accurately measure 3ml of the upper layer, put it in a 10ml centrifuge tube,
add Nile Blue indicator solution (take 0.04g of Nile blue sulfate, add 200ml of water to dissolve, add 100ml of n-
heptane and shake, discard the upper layer of n-heptane, Repeat the operation 4 times. Take 20ml of the lower
aqueous solution, add 180ml of absolute ethanol, and mix. This solution is placed in a brown bottle and can be stored
at room temperature for one month) 1ml. Under nitrogen, use sodium hydroxide titration solution (0.01mol /L) Titrate
until the solution is light purple. The consumption of sodium hydroxide titrant (0.01mol/L) in milliliters of the test
solution should not be greater than the consumption of sodium hydroxide titrant (0.01mol/L) in the reference
solution.
