Findings:

1) Facility does not have any NDT procedures / NDT activities.

Action:
1) Gulf Studs have portable XRF Analyzer for Positive Material Identification and while checking all
incoming raw materials the material grade is verified with supplier MTC’s by means of PMI and all
records are maintained.
2) Dye penetrant testing is introduced for surface testing for detecting surface defects.
