1.

What are your burdens

Overthinking, lack of money, anxiety, concerns about the future

2. What are your passions

I have a passion for being funny, creative, and wanting to learn. I seem to be particularly
interested in technology and ‘abstract’ mechanics of how things operate, i.e., game
rules, computers, how people use them as creators and consumers.

3. What are your values

Honesty, compassion, knowledge, competence, and family

4. What acquired skills do you have; how can you help others?

I think I’m great at being adaptable and having a broad base of knowledge rather than
any extensive expertise on anything (other than maybe table-top RPGs and video games
at this current time of my life). I think I can help others professionally by being helpful in
the field of technology, and personally by being a friend. I don’t have a natural talent for
helping people through tough times but I’m a good listener.

5. What are your desires

I really want to be a good person, morally and skill-wise. I want to be someone who you
think you could always come to for help. I also desire security and stability in my life,
which may ironically be why I stress out about my future so much.

6. What opportunities do you have now to foster your desires and skills

College is my greatest opportunity yet. I’m going to be getting an education that can
give me the technical skills I lack for the career I want. College is also giving me a lot of
life experience. It’s giving me a perspective on life that includes God and helps me be a
Christian in that sense. I’ve also been meeting a lot of new people and that’s been a
great opportunity for me to practice empathy and getting a viewpoint into how other
people’s lives operate.

Ideas for a mission statement

Need to include stuff about being good to my family and friends, wanting to be a helpful and friendly
person throughout my life, developing my skills as I grow to better help the world and maybe make it a
better place.
