Conditions:

3. The regulation of plot does not confer ownership on the applicant or alter the ownership of the

5. Regulation of Plot does not bar the Government or any public agency from acquisition of the
above land for any public purpose.
6. Any construction activity shall be taken up only with prior permission of concerned competent
authority.
7. The site affected in road widening is vested with VISHAKAPATNAM METROPOLITAN
REGION DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY and no claims /counter claims on the said roads,
open spaces and Road Affected Porion(RAP) will be entertained in future.
8. The boundaries, dimensions of the regulated Plot shall not be altered except with prior approval
of the concerned Sanctioning Authority.
9. Applicant is responsible and liable to pay any shortfall amount of payable to VISHAKAPATNAM
METROPOLITAN REGION DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY,VISAKHAPATNAM (DIST)
10. The Registration Authority shall allow the registration of plots regularised in Layout
Regularisation Scheme (LRS) as per clause 3(v) of Government Memo.No.REV01-
REGSORULS(REGR)/2/2019-REGN-I-1, Dt;07-01-2020 of Revenue(REGN-I) Department,
Govt. of AP.
