1. That the Petitioner has filed accompanying Writ Petition along

with this application. Therefore, the contents mentioned in

the Writ Petition may please be read along with this

Application, as the same are not repeated for the sake of

brevity and repetition.

2. That the Petitioner seeks leave of this Hon’ble Court to exempt

the Petitioner from filing the certified copy of Annexures/dim

& typed copies of Annexures to the Petition/left margin less

than the prescribed if any. The petitioner undertakes to file

the same when they are made available.

3. That the present application has been made bonafide and in

the interests of justice.

PRAYER

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble

Court may kindly be pleased to:

(a) exempt the Petitioner from filing the certified copy/typed

copies of Annexures P-1 to P- 11 to the Petition; and

(b)to pass any other order or directions, as deemed fit and

proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour

of the Petitioner and against the Respondents; and

It is prayed accordingly.
