 Participation Certificate will be provided to all participants.
 Participants should be present 15 min. before the event.
 Entry Fees: ₹ 50

General Instruction for Intercollegiate competition (Std. XI & XII)
Literary Events:
Declamation:
 Students should select a speech that was delivered by any public figure, perform an excerpt of that speech.
 Speech must be up to 2 minutes in length.
 Students are not supposed to mimic that public figure. Instead, participants should deliver the speech in an
original and engaging manner.
 The speech can be delivered in any three languages (Hindi, English or Marathi only.)
 Foul language or any words which insults other community, creed, sex or caste is considered to be invalid.
 Avoid speeches by political party leaders of any country.

Hasya Kavita - Comic/ Humorous Poetry
 Poem must be humorous and original.
 Plagiarism of any sort would lead to straight disqualification.
 Poem can be in either Hindi, English or Marathi.
 The poem should not be beyond 1000 words. Time limit for reciting the poem is 2 minutes.
 In the name of humor, vulgarity & foul words will not be entertained.
 It should not be sarcastic towards any community, religion, caste, creed, sex or any political party.

Chitra Katha- Picture story
 An image with different characters/scenarios will be shown on the screen, based which a story is to be
created.
 Any resemblance to any character, event, movie or incident will not be accepted.
 After displaying the picture, 5 minutes’ time will be given to think.
 Storytelling to be started after the 2nd buzzer.
 The story should be completed within 2 minutes.
 Conclusion to be drawn with a moral.
 Sentiments of any religion, caste, community, creed, sex, region and political party should not be hurt.
 Story can be narrated in Hindi, English or Marathi.

Visual Arts:
Pot painting:
 No. of participants: 1
• Time : 1 hour
• Participants are required to bring their own material for painting.
• Pots will not be provided by the college.
 The height of the pot should not be more than 1 feet.
 Either earthen or terracotta pots must only be used.
 Ceramics pots are not allowed.

Fruit and vegetable carving:
 This event is open to all contestants. No professional experience is required.
 All contestants are required to produce one sculpture that are made entirely of fruits or vegetables. No
flowers other than those sculpted of fruits/vegetables.
 The contestant will have one hour to complete the piece.
 Participants should bring their own materials like fruits, vegetables and cutters, knives etc.
 Participants should not take the help of others.
 No pre preparation of vegetables or fruits before competition is allowed

Mandala Art :
 The final shape of the mandala should be in full circle.
 The diameter of complete mandala should be 8 inches.
 You are free to use any pen/pens of any color/colors.
 No digital mandalas are allowed.
 Only original artworks are allowed. If it comes to notice that you have copied an existing mandala, you
will be disqualified.
 White drawing sheet will be provided by the college itself.

Performing Arts:
Dance Competition: Classical/western/semi classical/folk
 It is a group performance.
 Maximum duration allotted for each performance is 4 min.
 The audio track must be audible.
 Decent dressing is solicited & indecent dress and moves will be disqualified.
 The songs selected must be based on folk, patriotic or devotional.

Singing competition: (Solo)
 Maximum duration allotted for each performance is 3 min.
 The Karaoke/instruments will not be provided. It has to be arranged by participants.
 The participants must submit the karaoke saved in pen drive to respective in charge 15 min before the
competition starts.
 Decent dressing is solicited.
 The songs selected must be based on folk, patriotic or devotional.

Beat Boxing:
 Participants must not use any other instruments.
 Time limit will be 3 minutes.
 Clarity of mimic of musical instruments should be given importance
 It will be a solo performance.
 The music selected can be of any film or non-film.

 Participants should register their names on or before 2nd December 2022.
 The Judges’ decision is final and irrevocable.
 Prizes will be distributed at the end of the event.
 Students must wear college/school uniform if any and wear ID cards
