SPECIAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT


Name of Activity: DUYOG-SAULOG 2022 INTRAMURAL MEET OPENING PROGRAM

Objective/s:

1. To give opportunity in showcasing the skills and talents of the learners and teachers.
2. To encourage school-wide involvement of all students in physical activity during non-
instructional times that occur during the school day

HIGHLIGHT NARRATIVE REPORT:


The event was organized by the CSSG officers in collaboration with Supreme Student Council
from CSFJ students and was held on November 28, 2002 at Colegio de San Francisco Javier in Rizal
Zamboanga del Norte with a theme “Journeying Together As One Community with St. Francis Xavier.”

The said event was led with a mass at exactly 8 A.M and followed with a parade at 9 A.M headed by Mr.
Alexander M. Telos II. the Junior high school department as the Kadayawan Festival led the parade,
followed by the Senior High School Department as the Sinulog Festival, next was the HOSTECH.EDU as
the Dinagyang Festival, CSWDS as the Masskara Festival, and lastly is the CBME department as the
Zamboanga Hermosa Festival.

After the arrival of each department, the hosts, Ms. Jannin Epa and Mr. Keen Villanueva welcomes
everyone for the opening of the DUYOG-SAULOG 2022 INTRAMURAL MEET OPENING
PROGRAM with enthusiasm. Each department gives their energetic yells and danceable beats using
their drums and other instruments. After the introduction of the department s festival was the
demonstration of Street Dance competition.

The program proper was started after the street dance demonstration and the invocation was given by Ms.
Mary Jean Hangcan, followed by the singing of the National Anthem sang Ms. Samantha Shifra Urbi and
Rev. Fr. Rodel J. Agodera gave his opening message. The lighting of the torch and urn was headed by the
CSSG President, Aivy Banawa and the SSA President, Mr. Junnel Cuento. Ms. Lovely Belotendos then
leads the oath of amateurism which aims to remind the participants to enjoy the event and show
camaraderie. Rev. Fr. Agodera then declare the opening of the Intramural Meet which also signals the
banner raising contest participated by 2 participants each department. Followed by Mr. Bonifacio Tanaga
together with Ms. Jenneth Baluyos raising the school banner. Ms. Farah Faith Albon then sang the De
Javier Hymn while the school banner is raising and is followed by the divertisement of the preschoolers.

The even then proceeds to the next activity which is the Hara sa Duyog-Saulog and Cheerdance
competition. Ms. Aivy Banawa, the CSSG President, introduced the panel of judges before the
competition starts. Afterwards, the HOSTECH.EDU department perform first, followed by the CBME
department, next is the SHS department, JHS department and lastly the CSWDS department.

LEARNING INSIGHTS:

1. Showing sportsmanship and camaraderie to fellow players is better than competing them full of
pride.
